I believe it is strong as it is, but I would probably say you should do the following changes:-2 orchard warden +2 dauntless dourbark-4 crabapple cohort +4 Treefolk Harbinger
I suggest you change your win condition, instead of the hydra use helix pinnacle and you can add a couple of Heartbeat of Spring and or Into the Wilds to increase your mana fast.Don't rely entirely in the platinum have some other options, Dissipation Field can protect you a little bit.finally you don't have enough blue mana to reliably cast the counterspells, add some simic guildgates and evolving wilds so you have some extra blue mana.
because the land will come tapped and you won't be able to use it until the next turn, remember that with RDW you wan't to burn their ass as soon as possible :)
I like creatureless mill but this one is lacking some defense or stalling in my opinnion. There are some options for defense that you might consider:Ensnaring Bridge, Dissipation Field, Hissing Miasma, Crypt Incursion(pure fun in a mill deck once I gained 60 life with it :)About the counters, You might not want to have a bounch of counters, but you will want one once in a while, for protection or to stop a bomb:broken ambitions, dimir charm, psychic strike.Removal, it won't hurt you to have some removal and Darkblast can fill in your graveyard of flashback spells or of things that can later be retrieved by the codex so it is recurrent removal and a way to give you card advantage.Finally recurrent milling, you have the codex why not add as well some Nephalia Drownyard.
hi, The fetchlands help you increase the chance of drawing a burn spell instead of a land and are also fuel for the lavamancer.

hey I saw your comment in my mill deck, it seems like you have a fun mill engine here with the informer and angel of glory rise I have a couple of suggestions:-4 farseek +4 mulch-4 diabolic tutor +4 jarad's ordersthen I would say to add reanimate but I don't really know what to take out:+4 unburial ritesalso try to reduce the card count to 60 cards, change the deck tag from "mikl" to mill lol and finally add a description to the combo because it might not be as obvious to everybody :)
I might have some ideas to make this combo more consistent:Add blue to have access to detention sphere.Trackers instincts and mulch- to fill your gyCreeping renaissance, auramancer or down//dirty- to bring back the enchantmentswildwood rebirth- to bring back ajanis chosenoath of the ancient woods- can give you infinite counters with the o-ring trick
If you add green to the deck you have access to some good stuff:Signal the clans(tutor)Flesh//blood(like fling without loosing the creature).Armed//dangerous(double strike)
It's easy the loop breaks when you decide to exile the pilgrim or ajani's chosen instead of another ring, of course after creating a million cats.

Thank's weapon surge yes, it used to be in the deck actually because the first strike is very useful but right now I don't know what to take out for them :S.About the civic saber, well besides from the obvious of start hitting for 4 in the second turn with the dryad, the cackler or even 3 with evasion with Judge's Familiar. Is an equipment so it also shines if I get my board sweeped or if I get everyone killed, because the next creature that I get could be yielding the sabers in the battlefield and become a real threat on its own.
Nice deck, I feel there is need for some card drawing though (Young Pyromancer gives you card advantage true, but also the Nivmagus eats spells so definitely you need to draw cards)....
