Seems pretty decent. Not sure what you're doing with the Exalted though: it's a bit of an all-or-nothing mechanic and this deck seems more geared around getting tons of weaker/midrange guys out and swamping your opponent in them. You might wanna swing the balance more towards white: a more even mana balance is easier to handle, especially for new players. Some sorta cheapo retrieval like evolving wilds might be a good idea too.

Scrap Hovermyr, soft removal, spellbombs, enforcers and the shrine of loyal legions, then add the hell out of some mana-producing myr and maybe a few myr superions. Your goal is to get the battlesphere out as quickly as possible then go all myr-stompy before your opponent has a chance to react. It'll also give you more cheap myr than you've got right now.

Your main big hitter is the battlesphere and you want him as ready to do his hitty business as quickly and efficiently as possible. Blue is a better choice than white for your backup colour: invest in counterspells and draw, to hold the line and make sure you have what you want in your hand.

fair enough. Even if you're set on that build, find a way to sneak a single krenko in there. Look at Krenko + Striker and laugh yourself silly. Just look at it.

edit: to clarify, I mean Krenko, Mob Boss, not Krenko's Command or anything.

While I'm liking what's happening here (+1'd), I almost feel like it could be better as a straight goblin tribal. Krenko + Goblin Chieftain is a ridiculously good combo and it would work amazingly here. Foundry Street Denizen + Krenko is real 'holy shit' territory.

I think hard removal with a side of surgery is probably a better approach for a deck like this (e.g. hold the line until you can get the big guys out).

A cheap-ish creature like Vampire Nighthawk would help a lot. All the removal in the world isn't going to slow down a decent spam/aggro deck, not considering how very expensive your heavy hitters are (nice choosing though: I approve). Typhoid Rats is another good one.

If you're going to insist on the no-cheap-creature role, really, really, really look into the following:
- damnation
- barter in blood
- chainer's edict
- consuming vapours
- cruel edict
- innocent blood
- smallpox
- mutilate
- cower in fear
- consume the weak

Not sure what the Spies and Shred Freaks are doing for you. Some more dedicated blocker types to hold the line might be a better idea. I can never stop recommending Typhoid Rats for a 1-drop that'll give your opponent's big guys quite the pause for thought.

Zombie Tribal, my favourite!

I think you need some cheaper early-game drops or you're going to get rolled over my aggro decks. Zombie tribal is really powerful but you're too focused on the expensive late-game super-zombies rather than just spamming the hell out of the little guys (fun AND effective). There's two types of cool, cheap zed; the super-cheap ones who hold the line and the mid-range ones who buff the hell out of everybody else.

Cheapos:

- Butcher Ghoul*
- Diregaf Ghoul*
- Festering Goblin
- Gravecrawler*
- Skirk Ridge Exhumer
- Walking Corpse
- Vile Rebirth

Buffers:

- Cemetery Reaper*
- Death Baron*
- Lord of Undeath*

Other stuff:
- Soulless One
- Phyrexian Crusader*
- Endless Ranks of the Dead*
- Army of the Damned
- Call to the Grave*
- Feeding Frenzy
- Ghoulcaller's Chant
- Ghoulraiser
- Grave Defiler
- Grave Titan*
- Moan of the Unhallowed
- Quest for the Gravelord*
- Vengeful Dead
- Zombie Apocalypse

Best stuff has a * next to it. You want a mix of powerful zombies and hard removal.

Have you thought about Gnat Miser? Might be nice to have another 1-drop and it'll really put the hurt on with your opponent's hand size.

Also, from the wording on the Shah ('UP TO three cards') I think your opponent gets to choose how much they draw. Just a heads up.

ENCHANTMENT! :D

(content: if you're running the Hierarch and the BoPs, it could be a cool idea to throw Sovereigns of Lost Alara in there)

"So what's the win-conOOOOOOOH"

Very nice. There must be a way to get some draw in there though: U/W is usually flush with it. Since you're reliant on a handul of really powerful cards to win while the rest of the deck is SUPER HOLDING PATTERN 4000, you need to find room for some draw. Maybe nuke the doorkeepers? I'm not entirely sure what purpose they serve in the grand scheme of things.

Consider Wall of Denial instead of Hover Barrier. I love that Wall of Denial.

Also, nuke the gatekeepers: you've got no gates! Maybe something like traproot kami?

You know I never thought I'd be the guy saying this but I have a similar deck you should look at:

http://www.mtgvault.com/strategicmuffinexhausted/decks/kiln-fiend-redux/

Phyrexian Mana is your friend and you could probably use more blue: there's lots of cool unblockablity instants that would fit in well.

You'll want Training Grounds: it has ridiculously good synergy with viral drake and the contagion clasps.

Elixir is a nice idea: life and deck recycling in one. Isochron might be a bit above my budget, though. :( I'm thinking of switching the hedron crabs out for fog banks. Thoughts?

Oh thank God they're not homosexual vampires. That really ruins my enjoyment of a good vampire deck; knowing that depraved acts of sodomy the cards are committing when my back is turned.
