I mean, there's a lot of good B/W cards here but they're not working together in any meaningful manner. The closest to synergy you've got going on is Crypt Ghast + ArchangelOT. Making a good deck isn't just about cramming lots of expensive cards together in one place, it's about considering how they work together to achieve something greater than the sum of their parts.

Say you're going with the ghast/archangel thing, then you'll get a lot more mileage out of having a bunch of cheap lifegain creatures to saturate the battlefield while really kicking the healing into overdrive. Deathgreeter, Soul Warden, Soulmender, Thrull Parasite, that sorta thing. Since you've already got lifegain going on, stuff where you pay life will also be great: you've already negated its negative effect. Sign in Blood, Greed, Phyrexian Arena, Grimclaw Bats, Infernal Contract, Minion of the Wastes- anything that has a ridiculously cheap mana cost because it makes you pay life to use it.

Or if you wanted to run with the Archon of Justice as your main attraction, you could load up on stuff like Fiend Hunter, Oblivion Ring and Murder, then make sure all your opponent's stuff never stays on the battlefield long enough to be useful.

These are just a few ideas: pick one or two big guys with cool abilities, then see what sorta little guys you can pair up with them to get the most out of their trick. Most (good) expensive creatures will have an ability that doesn't just affect them: it affects the whole battlefield. Find a way to use that.

I'm not sure what the Borderlands Ranger is doing for you. 3 Green cards out of 40 means you're slowing yourself right the hell down (switching out plains for forests) for something you're not very likely to draw. Either commit to the green with rampant growth/cultivate etc or cut it out and save yourself both the $$$ and the frustration.

Cloudshift? Cheap white spell that gives your angels some protection. Imagine, if you will, somebody firing a killspell at her only to have it flub completely, then ALL THE LIFEGAIN happens.

Oh hell, I know what you're missing. "Return creature from your graveyard to _____". Use all your persist/undying stuff, let 'em die and THEN bring them back all over again.

Here's some decent ones. Take your pick.

* Cadaver Imp
* Call to the Netherworld
* Death Denied
* Disentomb
* Disturbing Plot
* Empty of the Catacombs
* Morbid Plunder
* Oversold Cemetary
* Raise Dead
* Orzhov Charm

White also has cards that do it, but they tend to be more expensive and return stuff to the battlefield instead of the hand.

* Immortal Servitude
* Marshall's Anthem
* Reya Dawnbringer
* Debtors' Knell

also think about putting Necroplasm in there. You get more dredge, you get to kill your opponents' stuff and against the right decks he'll send the blood artists into overdrive.

Maybe Mortician Beetle? Abyssal Persecutor is also an idea: I ran a deck where I used him for bashing, then had a bunch of ways to sacrifice him to end the game quickly.

Oh, also, Jinxed Idol.

Cloudshift? It's protection that lets you re-use your ally abilities at the same time.

Lower T creatures without Protection from Red are kinda a liability: red's big strength is its early-game aggro.

The Firewalkers and Forge-tenders should hopefully help stifle that. Look into True Believer or some sort of "you can't be the target of spells or abilities", otherwise he's just going to burn straight by your creatures and hit you instead.

Absolute Law isn't doing a whole lot if half your creatures already have Protection. I see you're going for a kinda horde thing to mitigate that but cards like Pyroclasm are going to be your downfall if that's the case. It's a tossup: stick with Absolute Law and the horde thing or drop it and try to find more creatures with natural protection.

Sword of Fire and Ice, and Sword of War and Peace are both options, though they'll hit your bank account like a three-legged rhino in a china shop.

Carom is probably a better trick than Hallow. Never underestimate the power of 'draw a card'.

edit: Swiftfoot Boots! Anything with "hexproof" or "shroud" in the text is the bane of removal decks.

Gutter Grime, maybe? Unruly Mob and/or Blood Artist could also be a neat trick. Something to keep your hand in against bigger, more expensive stuff.

Triumph of Ferocity? Might also be an idea to switch some of the elementals out for a playset of Elvish Archdruid OR Yavimaya Elder: it'll give you some more security against faster decks and help you get your fatties out a lot earlier.

Everybody knows painter servant + grindstone. I thought you might be trying to do something interesting around it with the artifact stuff.

I don't think "artifact" is a colour. Maybe add Liquimetal Coating to get the most out of your welders/metamorphs?

Alrighty, let's see

* Altar's Reap
* Angelic Boneyard
* Barrin, Master Wizard
* Barter in Blood
* Blighted Shaman
* Bloodflow Connoisseur
* Brine Shaman
* Bloodthrone Vampire
* Bone Splinters
* Braids, Cabal Minion
* Call for Blood
* Call to the Grave
* Caregiver
* Carrion Feeder
* Cartel Aristocrat

This is from typing "Sacrifice a creature" into the text field, then selecting your three colours and 'exclude unselected'. This is only going down to CA. The list goes a lot further down than that and most of it's great for your purposes. Take a look.

I feel like Merit's ability best works with "sacrifice a creature, do awesome thing x". Try to find some room for your Attrition and the like.

Missed it. Switch Teetering Peaks for Dynacharge or Rally the Peasants, Sudden Shock for Mugging, try to find space for some Cloudshift. You've got a pretty low curve: 20 mana should be more than enough.

If you take out Sudden Shock, this is completely standard/extended legal. Maybe replace it with Cloudshift? It'll give you some protection against burn and it'll let you re-use the Viashino if you need to.

Elvish Promenade. I mean, your deck is literally "Elf Party", so it seems like a waste not to include the card that literally means "Elf Party" (which would also be really useful).

Immaculate Magistrate is also pretty boss in these situations.

With all your mana generation, Genesis Wave would probably be better than Primal Surge.
