It just seemed like an easier alternative to the wall decks you see everywhere, plus more original. Think i'll add in wildsize at some point... though I just have a fear then that my mana curve is going to be too steep (this deck is already waay too slow to play already!)

with 2 Rite of Passage I can make it deal 1 damage to itself, and will gain a +1 counter by doing so. Rinse and repeat till I have about a million +1 counters on it, then just remove them all and deal that much damage directly to the opponent!
Done a lot of changes.. made the deck a lot more aggressive
what do you mean? The triskellion combo is instant win, it's infinite damage to the opponent!
I like the growth as it dishes out pain without slowing down my creature ramp. i'll have a look at a few of your decks now, expect to see some commentage :)
looks good... i'd replace the Inexorable Tide with more counter cards though - as the contagion engine is all you need to win this, the tide won't really help enough i don't think
Ruthless invasion is a very cool addition! Get some Ichor rats in there, instead of the rot wolf have a gander at my black infect if you get the chance: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=163680
ironclaw myr doesn't help out the other creatures as much.. with necropede I have a higher chance of taking out enemy creatures, which give me a better chance of rot wolf (or any buffed creature) doing direct damage to the player... Ironclaw myr just gets ignored unless he's buffed, so he won't be doing a whole lot except putting down a measly 1 poison counter a turn.
Cool. Yeah I have inkmoths in my solid-black deck and they've won me the game more times than I care to rememeber :) They are indeed pretty devastating! I'll have a think about the birds, but really I don't see me getting them anytime soon.. most of my decks except for this one are mono-colour anyway. I'll see how the deck runs (in the mail at the moment) and if it turns out that I get the itching for some inkmoth when I play, then i guess the birds could be on the table :)
yeah... except i'm trying to keep this to green/blue. I already have a solid black infect deck, and think infect-wise black works much better on it's own anyway.
because overrun is expensive and the whole idea of this deck is about dealing a huge amount of unblockable damage with a single creature.
Don't know how useful the clasp and the dragon are going to be for a fast infect deck.. I remember that I used to have the clasp in my own infect deck (give it a gander if you want, http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=163680) and ended up taking it out cause I never really got enough mana to warrant using it's proliferate ability. The dragon also looks like it would suck up a whole heap of mana. I'd consider removing both, in place of some Plague Stinger and some Whispersilk cloak
Quicksilver Gargantuan requires far too much mana. The creatures I have are good cause they require bugger all mana to play in suspend.. meaning I can keep countering stuff
having 1 forest and 1 island seems a bit risky
will do :)
will do man :)
Cheers man, will do :)
It seems odd to me that you're including red just for the assault strobe... seems like this deck would run better just as a blue green
Why arc trail? Seems red has better burn spells at its disposal (or at least cheaper ones)
