Liliana sucks. The new one atleast. Run 3 gideons and 2 tamiyos. Cut the gather the towsfolk for 2 doomblades and a ponder. Cut dismembers for Feeling of dread. And cut sorins for days. This is just my opinion. Agro is too insane now to not have removal

Rune 3 rites and 3 tidespout you have plenty of time to wait and draw into them. That was you can put in snapcaster mages. And instead of redirects I would run draw.

You should use kruin strike in this. its great when combined with hero of blade hold and maybe Faith's reward for the sideboard this deck would get DoJ'd so fast against me.

That combo does work, but it comes in tapped so it can kinda hurt you too if you dont do it right.

You can't regenerate a sac'd creature if that's why you have the rings in there. You can use Undying evil though.

Why not throw in some Inkmoth Nexuses? They make very valid replacements for your land and keep the infect counters coming.
