I don't think it matters all that much. It's literally one card off, I don't think I'm breaking the system. I would want to have people be able to search for a standard gruul and have this come up. They can get ideas from it the same way and simply rid of my replacements.

Thanks for the input, I can definitely see what your saying. Being this my first EDH I actually tried to make well, I know I wouldn't do so swell of a job. Ill take your advice on most of that and see what I can do to alter it.

Consuming Vapors is better, however, that means another mana to be spent. So I guess it's up to him how fast he wants things to happen, and if he wants to be able to play mutliple spells per turn because he has less mana to pay for each spell by using cheaper spells like Tribute to Hunger :D

Although Gideon would be great, I just have something against using planeswalkers, it just feels to easy to put them in and have them do EVERYTHING you need. I'd rather have a deck that flows better by itself.

I did see lightmine field actually, and must have skipped right over it accidentally. Looks amazing actually, thanks for reminding me of this thing :D

It does seem you are right, Righteous Cause doesn't seem that worthwhile when I look at it :P I do play with a group of friends, so I might put it in my sideboard for such occasions of group games.

So Titan Forge or Golem Foundry? I feel, as you said, that it has a mixed concept that needs to be deditcated to one thing xD But I do need a good defense against stuff. I feel like I only need one type of defense to help and not all these random golem spawners everywhere xD

Also, looked at Braids. That card helps the other play waaaaay to much. It helps me, but helps the other player just as much.

My Commander for now is Karn, Silver Golem. While he's probably not the best, he's legendary and has a pretty sick ability :D He may actually be best for a colorless EDH deck :o

This is meant to be a colorless EDH, Door of Destinies, Myr Turbine, and coat of arms are going to be added yes. My Commander is yet to be determined, although I have one in mind.

Titan Forge is Amazing :o Provides me with some defense past fog back which can be easily sniped by a kill card like Lightning bolt or murder :P

Acetismism is really good for alot of stuff, so I might put two in to increase the odds, at least that's what I did in my decks ^^

Fixed up my Coretapper deck too, you can still make one though I really don't care, even Thomas tried to make one xD
