I agree, more control. How aggravating to not be able to do anything while getting infected. Ha! Since this is Modern, I'd honestly trade out something like Tine Shrike or some of the higher CMC creatures for more control cards and/or Distortion Strike.

I'm also thinking of adding Descendants' Path. Take way I might get one of my titans out for free.

I would run Cloudpost, but I want to keep it Modern legal and Cloudpost is banned in Modern. :(

No problemo. But, I'm wondering if it's really worth it. Cloudshift only works with the teacher. If you could find something else that could work with Cloudshift, then I could see it being in here, but I honestly would take it out in favor of something else that can work with more cards in the deck.

Yeah, the Eldrazi lands may help, but I'm thinking I should have enough tokens and lands to be able to take care of it, though. You're totally right about the mana base. I don't know why I have so many Islands.

Mana Reflection seems a little to cost heavy, which sounds kind of silly about an Eldrazi deck. I don't think ramping should be the focus, I think getting more tokens out should be the key. That's really what I'm trying to accomplish with this deck.

I don't want Beast tokens, I want Eldrazi Spawns so I can use them for mana.

Thanks. Do you have any suggestions besides the Urza lands?

I'll be sure to check out your deck!

Yeah, I thought about Mikaeus, but I thought he might be too slow/expensive. With Slitherhead, I get a chump blocker that can then pump up my rangers. Increasing Devotion might okay to go in place of Rancor. Increasing Savagery is too good, I think.

Thanks for the suggestion and I'll check out your deck!

Well, since no one has made any comments, I'll assume I've made the best standard human deck in existence. :)

I've found Electrickery to be very useful with "control".

I would like to keep it to as little colors as possible, but it just seemed like being able to have some control and the best ways to make lots of tokens was to use these four colors.

He already has some ramp with the Elves. They all produce mana. However, I do agree with Razka and think a little more ramping would be good.

Being critical is good!

Cackling Counterpart says a creature I control. That could be a copy of Clone or a creature I stole with Traitorous Blood, since I control it until end of turn... unless I'm reading it wrong.

Clone can go if need be.

Yeah, I thought about splashing green, but it just seemed to be too many colors at that point. Besides Axebane Guardian and Bonfire, what else would you suggest?

What abilities are you referring too? The only activation cost on an ability that I see is with the Navigator, the Test Subject, the Gargoyle, and maybe the Wall of Fire. They are all only one or two.

You're right about the curve.

Gavony Township seems somewhat out of place here. How's about some Growing Ranks?
