Yeah, I thought about adding more counter spells... do you think Cancel would be the best option? Honestly, I want to keep Silence in there for early control.

Well, the only thing I can really think of is that if you never pull your Invisible Stalkers or if they get destroyed somehow, you're up shit creek. You have Assemble the Legion and Crackling Perimeter, which is good, but it may take a while and any good deck will have you dead by then. You may want to think of other creatures and/or ways to take out your opponent.

Because it says "up to four cards". The next time around they have to draw two and you can just draw one, thus ending that idea.

With Hellspark Elemental, I CAN bring it back for another round of pain. Same thing with Hell's Thunder (if the game lasts that long).

With a deck with nothing costing more than 3, and only having 2 cards that cost four mana (both Nova Chasers), I really don't think I need more land. I've tested this a few times and have never been mana screwed.

Yeah, Nova Chaser is fun. What I like to do is cast a Hellspark Elemental or a Spark Elemental, attack, then on my second main phase, Champion Nova Chaser on one of them, before they go to the grave. It's a nice little exchange. :)

This deck inspired me so I just made an elemental burn deck. :)

Hmm, lots of high cost stuff. You have some burn in there which is good, but if you don't get it, which isn't that likely, then you're boned. :(
