Took out Blood Artist and replaced with Tragic Slip.

Good suggestion. I was thinking about taking out the Blood Artist. It works well with Murder, but that's about it. There's probably something that could fit better, I just don't know what...

Not bad. I'd switch out Wojek Halberdiers For Lightning Maulers or something similar. First Strike is definitely nice, but, to me, it's not that great when it only gets it when attacking with two other creatures.

Having an unblockable creature with Boros Charm is great. If you can get one of your creatures through with Madcap skills then give it double strike, your opponent will be really sad.

This looks very fun. I like Stab Wound + Bloodchief. Easy and quick way to get those counters on it, as well as with other cards that make your opponent lose 2 life.

What do you use the Thrull Parasite for?

In my White/Blue Merfolk deck, I had Freed From the Real. Sometimes it would get pretty ridiculous. I either put it on my Schoolmaster, Veteran of the Depths, or the Judge himself. Lots of life, counters, or tokens. With Merrow Commerce, they're all ready for battle on your opponents turn, too.

I've always loved Fling... especially after dealing lots of damage. :)

What about Guttersnipe? You have a lot of instants and sorceries and with him you could dole out some serious damage. He's really cheap, too.

Rakish Heirs is in the deck. Heirs of Stromkirk is too expensive. Stromkirk Noble is a great 1-drop.

Even if I don't get my enchantments, most of the vampires still buff themselves a little, so I don't think it would be a huge issue.

I LOVE the Jace/Duskmantle combo, especially if you can activate it twice on the Duskmantle. :) I'd honestly put more of him in there. Such a great two drop for Dimir, in my opinion. This deck looks nasty!

Looks like a lot of fun! Have you had a chance to play test it? It looks like it might be a little slow especially against control and/or aggro decks.
