A few things to suggest
Replace Semblance Anvil with Etherium Sculptor, it's amazing!
I kinda doubt you'd need Akroma's Memorial. It's important to focus on one or two winning conditions, so that your strengths can be distributed at the right proportion.
And, 2 Door to Nothingness should be enough. Since the infinite combo can drive Sands of Delirium into an instant kill machine.

When you get the necessary components.
2 Galvanizer, 1 propagator and 1 palladium. You'll have the ingredients necessary for the infinite Myr army combo.
And from there, charge at your foe with any number imaginable, that's all :)

In contrast to the competitive scene, I shy myself away by playing with my small group of friends, there, I built tons of decks! All budget and flavor-oriented!
Modern Format (Because anything below modern tend to be hard to find and... you know, supply/demand rules)

I used to have 6 decks, then I told myself, that's cool, that's enough, then 13. That's when I went "OH THE GUILT". Then 16, by then, I'm a little nonchalant about the deck count. Currently, 21...

Then the opponent's creature attacks when it's obviously futile.
Then Silklash, Sentinel and Caryatid comes to the front line, "What's your prob here brudda?!"
Followed by the Silklash Anti-air supreme, Jiwari Nukes, Helix Pinnacle piling up, Sands of Delirium flowing tapping that library, Vent Sentinel launching cannonballs. Everyone waiting for the Devil's play...

Oh nah, I ain't a fan of Dimir. But the flavor is too spread out. I can't feel it
