Hey, I've been a huge fan of your budget deck series, it has inspired me to create a deck building series as way to introduce new players to Modern. Seriously this is a hilarious deck, personally id run the following utility

4 Lightning Bolt
4 Electroylze
4 Shrapnel Blast
3 Magma Jet

Also since 8 of your 11 creatures are 0 drops, there is no reason not to run Temple of Epiphany as a 4 of dual to scry away unwanted cards, same

Add 4 Phantasmal Image to copy Auriok Steelshaper or Etherium Sculptor, plus chief engineer will give boomerang, golem and Sculptor convoke so that should be in here

I think if you replace Captain's Call with two Archangel of Thune and 4 Boros Elite in favor of Captain of the Watch and Attended Night, it would see better success, in addition, cut Phantom General for Ajani's Pridemate, and Prescient Captain for Fiendslayer Paladin, it would be an awesome Standard deck. Splashing black gives access to Erebos' whip which will gain more life and more counters from Thune keeping your token generators around longer to rinse and repeat for lots of life gain and lots more tokens.

Needs more useful artifacts, Profane Momento is a great way to have a cheap artifact and some utility in the deck, and Doom Engine is something you just dont want to sac to Shrapnel Blast, perhaps Ornithopter for more sac outlets and Life Legacy for card draw, also needs a solid win con, most of your cards will just get mass countered.

I would consider running Bow of Nylea as a 2 of in the 3 drop slot, you have virtually no creature removal aside from combat, so you should make your combat count. In addition it restocks your deck. I love all the resource denial this deck offers however and I definitely think this deck is more than worth looking more into for improvements.

Fetch lands thinning the deck to help card draw is already proven a myth as it doesn't increase your odds by any more than 1% till turn 16. The ONLY reason to run fetches is to help with mana fixing, which this deck def can use...

Sliver Hivelord at your service

I think post rotation, your deck's value is going to jump above 20.00, everything is pretty much set in stone for value, but post rotation Prophet has room to skyrocket

Alright, nearly all suggestions have been accounted for :)

Because of your suggestion of Illusionist Bracers I added in Aphetto Alchemist, he just seemed like a good idea :)

1) What should I cut for Cyclonic Rift?

2) I cut Trade Secrets for Braingeyser since Trade Secrets in banned.

3) Should I run Illusionist's Bracer, Rings of Brighthearth or both? What should I cut for these.

4) I'm already running Spellbook, Venser's Journal and Library of Leng, do I still need Reliquary Tower? If so I'll cut an Island for it.

5) Thought Reflection seems good what should I cut for it? Maybe Mana Flare since that helps my opponent too...

6) I love Psychosis Crawler and he becomes even bigger as I draw more too, so he definitely is in the deck, just what to cut for him? Perhaps Visions of Beyond?
