that's quite a nice deck!
i take from coat of arms that this is not a standard deck, so i'd recommend you take a look at older cards as well such as Goblin War Strike, Goblin King, Siege-Gang Commander or Reckless One
Also it may be better to focuse on more goblins rather than enchanting individual ones, hence i'd recommend Dragon Fodder or Kuldotha Rebirth instead of Goblin War Paint of Bladed Pinions
however what i really like is the Bloodmark Mentor, i havent thought of him for my own Goblin deck but definitely will for the future! if you want to take a look:

added Cabal Therapy in the Sideboard, so it can substitute Jinxed Idol vs. Counter Heavy Decks

nice deck, but do you really need Barren Moor, Spawning Pool or Leechridden Swamp? If it weren't for all those lands that come into play tapped I assume you wouldnt need Dark Ritual (unless for a frist round resurrection) and could add a fourth Burried Alive and more reanimation spells

the reason for my concerns about the lands is that most of those come into play tapped. also cabal coffers (and partly crypt of agadeem) don't help you unless you have at least 3 others lands already in play. Urborg is indeed awesome, you may want to add Filth as well to benefit even more from Urborg

I dont really see how this one is graveyard based. Apart from Geth and Vengeful Pharaoh there's not much going on with your graveyard.
Either way Golgari Guildmage's skills seem way too expensive to me.

Finally, I'd really like to know how this plays with all the non-basic lands. I'm always hesitating to put those into my mono black decks but finally decide against it as i think they slow you down more than they actually help - However that's just an assumption and I'd really like to hear about your experience with your landmix

the deck looks pretty solid but with a few changes you'd be able to make it a lot quicker:

- Moonlight Bargain is a nice card but simply way to expensive. by the time you can afford 5 mana the game should be over anyway (though that may be different if you happen to draw a dark ritual)
- Dread Return and Vigor Mortis are too expensive as well, i'd recommend you take a look at Exhume, Animate Dead, Reanimate, Necromancy, Victimize or Dance of the Dead
- instead of Augur of Skulls i'd recommend Putrid Imp

- What do you need Grasp of Darkness for? you might consider exchanging it with Doom Blade or Go for the Throat

as you are reanimating all the creatures anyway you don't need to stick to black. personally i love white creatures such as Reya Dawnbringer; Iona, Shield of Emeria or Blazing Archon
finally you might want to take a look at my reanimator deck for further inspiration (or comments, that'd obviously be very much appreciated):

i'll need a lot of mana early on, so i didnt want to go short on lands, but given the low mana curve i won't need many in the later stages. hence i added the artifact lands to sacrifice them with Throne of Geth

nice idea, though it seems a bit random to be why you've chosen sengir vampire as the one to get pumped up. just because he has flying? i'm not sure how quick this deck is, but you'd speed it up by adding some blood pets i guess, perhaps isntead of the lab rats. if coffin queen is really just for removing cards from your opponent's graveyard Withered Wretch would be a cheaper alternative

i love reanimator decks and i'm really enjoying your deck as it transfers the spirit of such decks to green
one of my favorite cards so far has been Victimize, but Pattern of Rebirth may eventually become my new favorite
also i like the way your utilizing green characteristics, especially the elves / birds to speed up your game but also to survive against aggressive creature based decks in the early stages

finally: have you thought about adding godsire, probably instead of silvos?

the necrotic ooze pili-pala combo is pretty neat
you might also consider mother of runes or Tariel, Reckoner of Souls
Not that you'd need Tariel if you've got Pili-Pala and Visara in your graveyard already, but having the other's creatures fight for you is even better than just getting rid of them

sorry to bring this to you but the following link supports my earlier suspicion:
http://magiccards.info/query?q=living+end&v=card&s=cname
"9/25/2006: "All cards he or she exiled this way" refers only to the cards exiled in the first part of the effect. If a replacement effect (such as Leyline of the Void) exiles any of the sacrificed creatures instead of putting them into the graveyard, those cards aren't returned to the battlefield."

yeah that's exactly where i'm confused. living end says "then puts into play all cards he or she removed THIS way". sounds to me as it's refering to the beginning of the same sentence stating "each player removes all creature cards in his or her graveyard". are you sure the last part of living end allows you to put all cards into play that were exciled that round even by other effects than living end itself?

i mean don't get me wrong if that really works it's an awesome deck

oh i entirely forgot to mention victimize... especially a great combo with body snatcher but generally worth thinking about

i really like the putrid imp in there
may i suggest strongarm tactics or insidious dreams instead of raven's crime and potentially body snatcher instead of dread return?
it'd be happy about any comments on your side on my reanimation deck:

i'm not quite sure whether i understand the trick. living end does only allow you to put cards into play that were exiled by living end but not by any other spells (and therefore not by cascade)

so even though that's a nice combo how is that a free win?
