I'd replace the mainboard boros charms with Whips of Erebos and Stormbreath Dragons with Blood Barons. Your Obzedats become about a trillion times better with an active whip. I'd probably try to find room for sideboard sin collector and duress as well. The primary advantage to playing black right now is access to thoughtseize and hand disruption, it'd be a shame not to use it. The deck looks grand though.

FAIRIES MOTHER FU****!
If you decide to run fetches, definitely run steppe lynx.
Advent is the best combat trick in Selesnya colors. A 5/5 for 4 at instant speed is insane. If you take a look at current meta games, you're primarily facing aggro and control. A card that comes down ahead of curve at instant speed is insane. Neither Gift nor Golgari charm actually progress your board state, and that is why I believe they belong in the sideboard. Not playing your best cards inherently dilutes the overall potential of the deck.
Fair enough. I traded all of my Voices and Liliana of the Veils for my lands and counterspells.
I'd move the advents and the whip to the mainboard and drop the gifts and golgari charms to the sideboard. Advent gives you a better game against control than Gift does.
Also, 4 cryptics is pretty heavy. You're trying to play as a tempo deck as opposed to a true control deck.
Fetches are a must in this deck. Why no lightning helix? Izzet charm is kind of underwhelming at everything it does. You're also missing out on electrolyze, the best card ever. Mainboard Thundermaw is pretty baller, I was running it for a while. Here's my list that I've been winning with: http://www.mtgvault.com/poliishpaniic/decks/uwr-geist/ I'm currently 17-3 with this list in tournament.
Mainboard skull crack seems kind of iffy. I might suggest a card like turn // burn or mizzium mortars to deal with creatures like smiter or reckoner.
Thanks! Quicken is primarily a replacement for Gitaxian Probe. It's a cantrip that just gets better after sideboarding. Instant speed verdict much?
It can be such a buzz kill for a lot of decks. Take UWR for example, nice colonnade bro. It really helps you bide time to assemble your combo pieces.
Yeah, I'd played against a list running boomerang. I was running a Dredgevine at the time and was on pace to rites a turn three Iona. However, he proceeded to boomerang me three consecutive times. It was at this point I decided that were I ever to run Twin, it'd most certainly be with a playset of boomerangs.
Punishing Fire was such a good alternate win condition. I've been playing around with a Twin list using boomerang. I'm a little unsure about it's effectiveness, but keeping your opponent off of lands seems good.
Totally understandable. I'm serious about the dryad though. She'd be brutal with all of the pump spells you're running.
With the addition of red you could play burning tree emissary, ghor clan rampager, and madcap skills. I know three colors can stretch a mana base kind of thin, but you gain access to a lot of good cards. Also, Quirion Dryad would be a bomb in this list.
Truth. Generally if you're playing Kiki Jiki it'll either be in pod or alongside Deceiver Exarch, Pestermite, and splinter twin. True Twin lists run way more dig cards too, such as serum visions and sleight of hand.
Also, matter of opinion: 3rd cryptic or the Elspeth?
Without Path being the only out I mean. Combust looks to do the trick. And it's uncounterable to boot!
Wow. Flame slash is really good. Sheesh. I'm contemplating finding a slot in my sb for troublesome cards like Loxodon Smiter. Thoughts?
You should check out imposing sovereign. He'd work well with this deck. Also, restoration angel would be pretty solid.
