In my mind the huge draw to green is the access to huge creatures, as such I think the addition of Vorapede and Wolfir Silverheart would be great. Playing green you also have access to mana ramp, so arbor elves and farseek would be a good idea as well. I'd go -3 Ring of Kalonia -3 Wildwood Rebirth -3 Crocanura +3 Arbor Elf +3 Farseek +3 Vorapede. Also, 20 lands might be too little.

Try focusing the deck a little bit more. For example, instead of having one or two of a bunch of creatures, decide on a few you'd like four of. I think that Vorapede and Wolfir Silverheart work great in a deck like this. Also, the more Clan Defiance the better. If you have access to Rootbound Crags and Stomping Grounds that'd help a lot too.
Have you thought about gather the townsfolk instead of increasing devotion? Gather is a great T2 card when in conjunction with CoP. If you could splash green, the Mayor of Avabruck would be sweet. T1: CoP. T2: Gather the Townsfolk. T3: Mayor of Avabruck and CoP. That's 13 damage by turn 3.
I really dig this deck. It'd benefit from Sublime Archangel.
Fiend hunter is a solid decision also as you're lacking removal.
I'm of the mind that Sublime Archangel belongs in any exalted deck.
Wayfaring temple might be another addition. If you dropped the Crusaders of Odric for 2 Wayfaring Temples you'd put out a creature with the same text and mana cost with the added benefit of potentially populating.
I'm of the mind that Dreg Mangler should be prevalent in any Golgari scavenge deck. He's a three cost with haste that puts your opponent on their heels right off the bat, AND he's scavengable later in the game. That being the case, drop two arbor elves for two more Dreg Manglers. I found that Vampire Nighthawks work very effectively in conjunction with Corpsejack Menace.
