I would probably remove flail, it's too much of a win-more card. Decide if you want to want to seriously use Swords, Stalker is a subpar creature when it is not equipped, so either run more Swords or replace Stalker. Champion of the Parish is a great card for many reasons, one is that it's a 1 drop that attracts removal away from your Mirran Crusaders. However, if you got the Sword route, Doomed Traveler is superior due to the Flying Spirit he leaves behind. You need to decide what direction you want to take the deck in basically.

It's a bit difficult to give good feedback, but not because the deck is flawless. I could point out how burn in response to Destiny or equips kills Crusaders and Iniquisitors, but you would respond "stalkers and Geists are hexproof". I could point out that aggro can give you trouble, but you would respond "I have first strikers its k". I could point out that Esper reanimator can drop Norns and Sphinxes after Day of Judgmenting your board, but you would respond "I will just use Angelic Destiny+Flail on my batterskull germ before that happens". The deck is well rounded, in the sense of Jack of all trades, Master of none. You have plenty of protection and offence, but none of it is complete. It's toolboxy, but doesn't have a straight focus, like a typical midrange deck I suppose. Just don't act suprised when many decks can lose to you first game and then come back strongly.
Add Gnaw to the Bone to the sideboard atleast, card is amazing lifegain. Due to flashback get atleast half of it even if its milled.
Terramorphic expanse, Harrow and Cultivate are not standard legal. I suggest that you replace them with some real dual lands like Glacial Fortress and Hinterland Harbor, along with Rampant growth and mayby Viridian Emissary.
Because Ambush Viper is a creature in the yard when used or milled, I would imagine.
I like. Considered Cloistered Youth? Lifeloss doesn't seem like a problem to this deck.
You should sideboard Gutter Grime as insurance against boardwipes. If he wipes 5 of your creatures, you get 5 5/5 ooze tokens, might win the game instantly on a clear board.
Not a bad deck, but I would consider adding 23-26 lands to be able to cast those artifacts.
Without infinite Lifegain this deck will just get smashed by R/G decks. Wolf run, Thrun, Titan, Werewolves... They dont need many creatures to strike for 20. In fact, werewolves only need 2 creatures to strike for 20 damage.
Also, keep in mind that soldier tokens are not human. An unflipped mayor only boosts the Blade Splicer.
Well you could always add Midnight Haunting for more tokens...
deck would be better with some rootbound crags, a few copperline gorges, Kessig Wolf Run and Daybreak Ranger IMO.
May I sugggest Gut Shot to recur Phoenix for no mana and be able to properly cast Stormblood turn 2 if you cant hit him with a turn 1 drop? Kuldotha doesnt feel right with only 4 zero mana artifacts in the whole deck. Mayby you want to take a look at Brimstone Volley for effective burn? Sure its 3 mana and you probably need to cast it after attacking, but it adds a lot of reach.
Thank god Innistrad contains some good artifact hate so I can simultaneously hate out Pod, Tempered Steel and all these (Creature)-blade decks. I know using blades is awesome and all, but I hope they never centralize the metagame again like they did before bannings. Innistrad deserves more then to be the playground of Scars block mythics.
It's interesting how you manage to make a bad deck with such good and expensive cards all over it. This deck is very inconsistent, a single Sun Titan single Think Twice makes your deck less predictable and harder to pilot. You should probably try to take out some cards like Mental Misstep and get more Sun Titans and things.
Needs some way to make sure you dont die before you can mill your opponent to death. Either add Green fog cards or some other kind of permanent protection from aggro and midrange decks.
Take out Terramorphic Expanse and Dimir Aqueduct and this is a standard legal deck. Replace them with Drowned Catacomb. The artifacts don't do much at all for this deck, Grimoire and Ruinator could use a fair bit of selfmill such as Armored Skaab and Forbidden Alchemy. Grimoire is slow without proliferate. Cellar Door I don't even know, only time I could imagine it being used is with tons of "put at the bottom of library" effects. You probably need to decide on direction, do you want a slow controllish deck? If so add more removal and dig. You want a midrange tribal deck? Add cemetery reaper, Ghoulraiser's Chant, lessen the Moans and add Dismember. You probably don't need 4 Grimgrin considering that he is Legendary. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=210448
I don't plan on awakening everything if it connects anyway, and especially not if Im facing mass removal. It's more of a sturdy 8/8 trampler with the option of recruiting lands.
So eh, nice legacy advice but I believe this is supposed to be a standard deck. All the cards you suggested are not standard legal, recurring nightmare is banned in legacy even I believe. I like call of the grave, but I believe you should be playing only zombies, otherwise you will have to sac your Mortician very fast to it. Try Jace's Archivist, excellent synergy with Zombie Infestation.
What you should do is add 4x Stoneforge Mystic, 4x Squadron Hawk, Sword of Feast and Famine and Sword of War and Peace.
