A deck description would have been fine.

+1 if you add a deck and how to play description.

Some suggestions based on my own R/W pauper equipment deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/rw-pauper-equipment/)
Kitesail Apprentice ...cc1 1/1 that gets +1/+1 and flying when equipped
Auriok Sunchaser ...cc2 1/1 that gets +2/+2 and flying when metalcraft is active
Assault Strobe ...cc1 sorcery that gives double strike
Bonesplitter ...equipment, cc1, equip 1, +2/+0
Explorer's Scope ...equipment, cc1, ramp/ pseudo scry
Leonin Bola ...equipment, cc1, equip 1, control
Leonin Scimitar ...equipment, cc1, equip 1, +1/+1
Darksteel Citadel, Great Furnace, Ancient Den ...artifact lands that help to activate metalcraft

I really would like to see this deck hitting modern legality. When your local game-store makes a modern tournament you can take this deck and play it there, otherwise you would have to built another deck. Finding replacement for "Seething Song" and "Chain Lightning" should be possible.

Burn decks normally try to bring their opponent to zero life as quickly as possible. No mucking around with your opponents creatures (as long as they don't pose a threat to you), simply hit it with everything you have, thus they rarely have cards for mid/ lategame. I would try to remove the high mana-spells (cc3+) : "Æther Membrane", "Fire Servant" and "Stoke the Flames". Those should be replaced with cheaper burn spells. I also would put "Satyr Firedancer" into the sideboard as he only works against your opponents creatures. When your opponent has dangerous creatures use it after game 1, otherwise leave it in the sideboard.

Using "Chandra, the Firebrand" is a very personal question. For a cc4 spell you either get 1-3 damage (depending on how long she survives) or to copy a spell (best case 3 damage) so she is not really good in means of mana/damage ratio. On the other hand she is a planeswalker and may buy you some time if your opponent manages to get some creatures on the field that you find hard to deal with.

Some suggestions to replace cards based on my own monoR burn deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/monor-burn-2/)
Hellspark Elemental ...basically a cc2 3 damage spell that can be used again later on if you run out of handcards
Keldon Marauders ...a cc2 creature that deals between 2-5 damage before it leaves the field again.
Lava Spike ...cc1 3 damage spell
Rift Bolt ...cc1 3 damage spell
Dangerous Wager ...if you run out of handcards this will give you some more fuel to burn on.
Searing Blaze ...when you ha a land entering the battlefield this turn this spell deals 3 damage to a player and 3 to one of his creatures. Perfect for removing annoying creatures and still deal damage.

+1 if you manage to add a short deck and how to play description.

I would try to replace "Frenzied Goblin" and "Goblin Glory Chaser". Most decks will have more than one good blocker and disabling one with "Frenzied Goblin" shouldn't do that much of a difference. "Goblin Glory Chaser" is a creature I would try to block immediately because he will get stronger and annoying after he is renowned. With haste this creature would be a real danger but without it your opponent has plenty of time to react on this threat.

Some suggestions to replace those cards:
Goblin Wardriver ...2/2 with battlecry.
Mogg War Marshal ...1/1 that brings one token and replaces himself with one token after one turn.
Quest for the Goblin Lord ...whenever a goblins comes into play this gets a counter, after 5 counters have been placed your goblins get +2/+0 as long this enchantment is on the field.
Infiltration Lens / Rogue's Gloves ...usage depends a little bit on what you expect your opponent to do: Block the equipped creature, then "Infiltration Lens" would be the better idea, let it pass use "Rogue's Gloves".
Massive Raid / Goblin Grenade ...powerful removal or finisher

I would really love to see that deck hit modern legality. Those 2 copies of "Silent-Blade Oni", "Sakashima's Student" and "
Zhuge Jin, Wu Strategist"could easily be replaced by some other cards. If your local game-store makes a small modern tournament you then could take this deck and play it there, otherwise you would have to choose/ built another deck.

Some suggestions based on my own U/B Ninja deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/ub-tribal-ninjas/)
Ornithopter ...a good enabler (creature that helps to bring ninjas with ninjutsu on the field) with mana-costs of 0.
Faerie Impostor ...another very good enabler as it lets you use your ninjas again and again: Ninjutsu a ninja on the field, play Faerie Impostor , take back a ninja on your hand. On your next turn ninjutsu a ninja on the field, and so on.
Artful Dodge ...cheap unblockable sorcery with flashback. If your ninjas can't bypass your opponents defense this might help to deal the last crucial points of damage.
Ghostform ...unblockable for 2 creatures.
Familiar's Ruse ...counterspell that let's you play a ninja again.
Ronin Warclub ...equipment that works very well with ninjas as it automatically equips when a creature comes on the field. Ninjutsu a ninja on the field, Ronin Warclub attaches automatically and boost's it's damage by 2.

As for your manabase I would add some duallands (like "Jwar Isle Refuge", they all have their advantages or drawbacks) as they allow you to produce different mana and thus fix possible problems. Another way would be adding some sreachlands (like "Terramorphic Expanse) to search for the lands you need.

I apologize if it looked like I was attacking you or NorthernWarlord, this wasn't my intention.
The only thing I wanted to point out was that he, as you said, had a huge fanbase, and many of his decks got commented which got me a little bit jealous. Also, at some time, it looked like many people where commenting on his decks but don't look into others.

I have published nearly 200 decks here so far. Some few got attention and there was a good discussion, many others, that I hoped to get advice on, where completely overlooked. And I still write up the description, how to play and tags. Why? Because it's good manners on the one side, it helps me to keep track (Tags!) on the other side and last, I don't want a new player to view my decks and just thinking "Why did he built it that way" or "What he had in mind with this deck".
You can bring them back to the peoples mind with the "Unloved" feature (often enough doesn't help neither). Also if you built a good deck and believe in it you can link them for others that have built similar decks and maybe are searching for ideas. Often it's Win-Win situation: The other one is looking for information's and ideas and can perhaps leave a comment on your deck that might improve it a little bit.

*sarcasm on*
The only way to get (massive) comments and likes on this site is being NorthernWarlord.
*sarcasm off*

Just thinking a second before you press that "Post" button would help a lot:"Would I like the tone of this comment?", "Would I like to hear what I'm going to tell him now?"

The thing is, it doesn't matter if you repeat the same, or nearly the same, story over and over again. I don't want to count how many times I have written "saw that card, built a deck around it" but at least there's something written up. And after some time you maybe want to add budget limitations, cards you would like to get but can't because they are to expensive (and are looking for some replacement), and so on.
My point is that I now rarely comment on decks that don't have any description (/ tags) even if I know that I could give some advice to improve on this deck or the idea looks interesting. If the builder won't take his time to write up his idea why should I take the time to give some advice?

As for the kitchen table: Write something in the description where you explain exactly why you don't want 4 copies of each card, more different cards and so on...and simply copy it into each kitchen table deck you are building. There's no need to reinvent the wheel every time, a simple copy will do :)

Good description of the possible combos. I would try to add some more protection for Krenko (or Kiki, or any other Key-element of your plan). "Champion's Helm" or "Mask of Avacyn" does a good job with this.
A card many Kreno decks are missing is "Goblin Assassin", a walking mass-removal. The only thing a Krenko player can lose are some tokens and if you don't need him any more sac him into his own, or any other 'sacrifice a creatur', ability.

+1 if you add a good deck description and some deck-tags.
I would sideboard "Salvage Scout" as not every deck uses artefact removal. Also you could use "Cranial Plating" instead of "Helm of the Gods".
"Auriok Sunchaser" could be an option instead of "Auriok Glaivemaster" if your opponents defence proofs to be to strong.
If you want something cheaper (mana) and stronger as replacement for "Bladed Bracers" try "Bonesplitter" (though it's missing the human theme)

It would be fine if you would use the "Deck Description" (for all of you decks), to explain how you got the idea, describe problems during the build, limitations (budget, legality) and any other infotmations you can/ want to give us. The "How to play" section would be the ideal field to describe how you want this deck to be played.

If you want further informations on how to built and improve a deck you might want to read "http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/how-to-build-a-deck/" where some of the most basic points of deckbuilding are written down.

As for the deck I can only sign what Necrumlsice said: "Try trading the cards from packs your not using at your local game store or gamming cafe". Try to identify strong and weak cards in your deck and exchange them over the time.

If you want to replace Vial with a planeswalker I would either choose 1-3 "Garruk, Caller of Beasts" or "Garruk Wildspeaker", "Arlinn Kord " could also be an option if you want to stick with the werewolf theme. But I would up the number of lands by 2-3 to compensate the slower play.
I will take a look at them if I get some spare time. Though I can't make any promises as I'm no specialist on kitchentable/ legacy decks. I have started with 8th Edition and now many cards since then. Earlier sets where never that interesting to me because it was difficult to get my hands on them.

Removing 20 cards..OK let's see what whe can do
1 Cemetery Reaper ...a lord but he might not have enough targets for his ability.
2 Diregraf Ghoul ...I would use "Slitherhead" or "Butcher Ghoul" instead.
1 Gempalm Polluter ...you don't want to draw this card at the beginning.
1-2 Dread Summons ...one of your main token producers but you don't want to draw it at the beginning and it also mills your cards. "Army of the Damned" would be another option.
2 Jace Beleren ...carddraw is OK but carddraw for both players is a dangerous thing.
1 Jace, Unraveler of Secrets ...to expensive to play.
2 Liliana of the Veil ...at the time you could play here you will be able to play most of your zombies. Playing a planeswalker or something that can harm your opponent. ALso having to discard a card yourself istn't that ideal for me.
1 Mana Vault ...one time ramp but only produces colorless mana. If you want Ramp use additional "Dark Ritual".
1 Skullclamp ...normally a very good carddraw engine. The problem is that most of your tokens will be 2/2 (without lords) so they won't die by equiping the clamp. There would be better equipmemnts/ enchantments to boost strength.
1 Endless Ranks of the Dead ...I have used this card in my own zombie decks but found that it was too slow for me.
2-3 Island

Well the ideal deck size is lowest allowed number of cards: 60. All the cards in your deck should follow a certain strategy and there should be (nearly) no card that you don't want to draw at any phase of the game. For example "Sol Ring" or "Æther Vial" is a really strong card card when you can play it early. When you draw it turn 5+ you will very often think 'why did I draw this card NOW, 2 turns earlier it might have been usefull'. In my oppinion such cards can only be found by doing some testgames, be it against some other decks or against the same deck (mirrormatch).

The thing about 1-offs is that you normally won't draw them when you need them (without enough carddraw and/ or turors). The question is why should I use a strong card that fits my strategy only once and not 3-4 times? If there are some special reasons (budget, using only the cards you have available, and so on) then this has to be written down in the Deck Description.

I mean no offence but you might want to read "http://www.mtgvault.com/muktol/decks/how-to-build-a-deck/".

Short version: There are way to many cards in this deck and to many 1-offs.

I don't feel that the Vault is dead but it lacks motivation to like and comment decks and work with other users. I normally scan through the decks lists at last once a day but I rarely see decks that would motivate me to comment on them. How can I now if a 90 card deck with many 1 and 2-offs is built with the cards at hand, if the user is willing to invest something in this deck, if he does know that the ideal deck size is 60, and so on.
I also would like the forum to come back because it's a great place to leave comments for the providers, suggest improvements talk to others and get ideas. When I started here the forum was still online but I simply had no need for it. Now when I would be ready to leave my ideas for others I simply can't. Facebook might be a way to talk to the provider but it's now way of talking to a whole community.
The forum would also allow for something that might help beginners: Moderator/ people they can talk to if they really WANT help. At the moment I can' leave a note anywhere to tell the people on what I can help them (modern, tribal, combo, ...). If I would do this with a deck it would soon vanish, be it on the official list or on my own list.
Like all the posters above me , and all those who might follow, I would appreciate that people describe and tag their decks properly. It really saves time (e.g. 100 card singleton....) and you don't have to figure out how the deckbuilder wanted his deck to work. On some decks this might be quite clear for a trained eye but there are also many beginners here that are looking for help.
I also would really like to see some actions from the provider. "Birgthing Pod" for example is still flagged as modern legal, it seems that since January 2015 no bannings where updated. The problem with the double and triple posts could easily be handled by restricting post to 1 post per minute (or something). I have to copy each text before I click on 'Post new comment' because I never know if the system accepts it or delet's it (only after I did a reload, don't know if this is only a personal browser problem), and so on.

Sincerely
Muktol

I would sideboard "Satyr Firedancer" as you normally don't want to shoot your opponents creatures. You focus your damage on him and only if it's creature that would loose you the game then you shoot it. "Searing Blaze" does a good job with that and you don't want to loose any available slots to non burn spells (or some carddraw).
I would also put "Flames of the Blood Hand" into the sideboard as it's to expensive to use against non-lifegaining/ damage preventing decks.

Some suggestions:
"Vexing Devil" ...can do a good job though it also has 'kill me' written in BIG Letters over it's head.
"Monastery Swiftspear"...the same problem as "Vexing Devil (target for your opponents removal spells) but cheaper ($) and haste
"Keldon Marauders"...potential 5 damage for cc2
"Dangerous Wager"...carddraw
