Perhaps Mettallic Rebuke as a sideboard then? I foresee some potential problems against Urza's Kitchen, Amulet titan and Izzet Tempo decks.
Urza's Kitchen has a removal engine built into Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar; Amulet Titan runs the big beefy Primevals - they are going to be nigh impossible to remove once they hit the field; and Izzet tempo aggressively runs efficient removal, and like Amulet Titan will pop out big beefy creatures like the Murktide Regents, not to mention they sideboard Subtelty, which can effectively bounce any of your creatures at instant speed . Much as I like the Stubby D, It's going to feel pretty irrelevant against those decks.

Metallic Rebuke might also be an upgrade to Stubborn denial. It can potentially cost the same mana, and it counters any card type.

I think Galvanic Blast would be a better alternative to Shrapnel Blast. It's one less mana and doesn't require you to two for one yourself every time. It was reprinted in Double Masters as a common, so it should be super cheap.

Stubborn Denial is also very handy to protect your commander.

Sweltering Suns is also a dirt cheap card that is a decent sweeper early game, or can be cycled to combo/rummage later on.

If I may make a suggestion: efficient cantrips are extremely useful with the Locust God. From personal experience, tempo is key in the deck; you want to have your commander out as early as possible, and then combo off to get immediate value.

Serum Visions, Faithless Looting, Deliberate, Frantic Search, izzet charm, chemister's insight - all these can either help in early game to setup your strategy, or help you chain into a locust army when your commander is online.

And Distant Melody is just silly.

I find it ironic that it's an anti-control deck when Zacama is such a good control card. Although it takes quite the build-up to get Zacama on the board, but once it's out, it pretty much spells doom to everybody else. Boom! boom! boom! It's nasty, but man is it fun. I recently thought of a fun but mean combo with Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, turning an opponent's lands into 1/1 creatures, then nuking them with Zacama. Plus Kamahl has the bonus to hold players hostage who have sweepers in their hands - just keep your green mana open! I play heavy creature commander, and nothing is worse then getting a damnation, or Toxic Deluge. I have some suggestions that might help based on personal experience: Selfless Spirit, Archon of Valor's Reach (silly that this sits at less than a dollar for what it does), Eerie Interlude, second sunrise, Faith's reward, ghostway, Heroic intervention (this may be out of budget now, seeing how this just keeps moving up in price), and remorseful cleric. A buddy of mine, who is a heavy blue player, criticizes me for using combat trick cards against sweepers, saying a counter spell is probably better, but man, is it ever satisfying to flicker your whole board, while everyone else's gets cleared. Then get potential bonus ETB effects!

Domri-Rade also has the fight mechanic on him.

Slip through Space seems more efficient to me. I think Supreme Will is handy to throw in there somewhere too. It's pretty versatile that it can be either a slightly better anticipate, or as a mana leak.

Have you considered using skyship plunderer? They are a 2/1 flier with a lesser version of proliferate, allowing you to increase counters on As Foretold. I ended up making a Grixis control deck for standard that revolved around using As Foretold, because it seemed really fun to play with. I ended up delving into using Energy mechanics with Aether Hub, for efficient mana fixing - hated how the majority of non-basic lands in standard come in tapped. Cool thing is skyship plunderers can potentially increase energy counters as well.

Here is my deck for reference:

Finally something cool utilizing Wildfire Eternal. I've liked that card since I've first seen it!

Like the idea. May I suggest Cackling Counterpart, and possibly Mechanized Production?

I also think with the amount of fetch lands you have, you can probably afford taking out a land or two.

I like the deck. I haven't seen Narset played much, but she seems neat. A lot of good choices here to keep your opponents from playing much. The only thing I'm not sure about is your win condition. Do you plan to chip away with just the Snap Caster or the Creeping Tar Pits? I feel you need something for late game. My buddy has a similar kind of deck and runs Tasigur, the Golden Fang. I personally like to run Ojutai.

Really like the synnergy with the Thermo-Alchemist! Basically a better version of Gutter snipe in my opinion.

Really like the concept. Feels fresh and unique! You can also pull off the combo pretty early, which is a big plus!

Ever since the wastes came out, I always thought a tribal Eldrazi EDH deck would be fun to build. I do have a few suggestions: Mystifying Maze, Thespian Stage, Rogue Passage, Extraplanar Lens, Expedition Map and Door of Destinies.

I have a buddy who likes to experiment building unconventional decks, and I think he would really appreciate this, especially since this would shut down the majority of decks I currently play :)

He uses Kiki for an infinite combo with the Restoration Angel. Copies the Angel, Angel bounces Kiki, rinse and repeat infinitely.

Awesome combo with Auratog and Rancor! I have my own boggles deck I have been working on; I just might have to take that idea if you don't mind ^_^
