Lutri was banned in several formats because of this 2-card combo, fyi. I get that you might not have known about it, but it was very prevalent when the card was released.

Cast Release the Wind with any target and declare you are holding priority.
Cast Lutri and have Lutri's etb target Release the Wind.
The copy of Release the Wind targets Lutri.
Let the Copy resolve but do not let the original resolve.
Cast Lutri from exile.
Target the original Release the Wind with Lutri's etb trigger.
Repeat.

"If"?

It's a well-known infinite combo. Also, Grapeshot is in the sideboard.

Release to the Wind is the combo card with Lutri. It's an infinite combo.

I'm aware of cards that can make this "stronger"—this is a budget deck. One copy of Stoneforge Mystic is almost as much as this entire deck.

Dart, Expressive Iteration and Snap have been enough in my games so far, but I'll keep testing. This deck doesn't really have enough mana to play a ton of cards in a single turn anyhow. +1 or 2 via noncreature spells is a lot when you have 2 or 3 creatures out with prowess +Harmonic, Adeliz and/or Balmor.

Lava Dart is basically a double spell.

UR Aggro is basically a cantrip deck and only has 18ish spells.

Jeskai Aggro is all-in on non-creatures and usually only has 22-24 (only 4-6 more).

There are plains in the deck.

Restoration is an EOT turn 4 > turn 5 win with Kiki. You can see Guardian coming too easily and he requires more protection (like a counterspell) imo.

Lava Dart and Firebolt both have Flashback, effectively doubling their usage/triggers.

The mana base is 5-color for domain to work.

I don't miss Vault at all. I've actually made some tweaks to the deck overall to give to even more speed (I find it extremely explosive/fast), and the taplands don't slow me at all.

It's just a for-fun deck. Definitely intentionally lighthearted.
