yea no joke, don't know how it front paged now out of all 50 times it has been on this site.
well for competative, your going to need more than one card to ride on :( you may need to get 2 or 3 combos in this deck
i feel like its a little slow, but also that you will be sacking ur lands eventually :(you could sac the stack and than get it back with acadmy?
take for example show stopper. 3 converted mana cost for a spell that is ment to kill a creature. when you can just get another doom blade or go for the throat for 2 converted mana cost. sometimes you just have to google what you want from a card, and than go to images, and you will find a better solution.example, Molten rebirth 3 man for 2 creatures.... google mtg like krenko commandlooked at images, and found dragon fodder 2 1/1's for 2 mana.
for legacy its important to have advanced deck building skills. this may take some studying, but i will throw some knowledge at you.here is a good site to read after reading below. http://www.ugcs.caltech.edu/~kel/MTG/well, lets start with the basics. you may ask yourself why only 60 cards. well players use 60 cards because that way, its more reliable to pull a card that you want. This also goes along with why players have 4 of a card in their deck. Some players even try to have cards that are "fillers" making the deck more like a 56 or less card deck. The point of a good deck is to do the same thing. When you draw your hand, you should be able to name 5 cards, and 2 of them will be in your hand (not counting lands)I look at your deck, and it reminds me of decks i used to make. unreliable, and most games i lose, and when i lose i think, man if i only drew that "ONE" card that i have in my deck. The chances of that being slim to none. Before you do anything else, i want you to reduce this deck to around 60 cards, or 59 cards and a street wraith (if your attached to your 9's)thank i want you to get x4 of cards. use the below to guide yourself4x Can't get enough of it, would love 3+ in hand3x Love it, but don't want to draw more than 2 in a match2x Special card, only want 1 to be drawn in a game (usually a specialized card for when you get stuck, or a legendary creature)1x Wammie, rare card for your deck that you will need in tough situations. You usually have a card to search it out when your in need and will only need once (example, 4 green sun zeniths in a elf deck and i have 4 different 1x cards that help me draw cards, do combos, destroy enchantments, or a wammie to end it if i have the mana.once you have done this, we will be able to work on your deck :)
than that is a flaw with the deck.
sideboard atleast will have to have some removal.
fling may put it up there, what do you think? lets him use the undying and fling togeather.
metal worker
already too pro
There are some big issues here, one of which is you have 2x of almost every card... it should be 4xthe cards in here are mostly just an extended deck, but don't match the speed at all of vintage/legacy. other than that, its a pretty fun casual deck. Grats.
this is a remake of the undead standard deck. you did a pretty good job, but i think it has some problems. one being that you 6 immortal servatude. i would take it out of the sideboard.
maelstorm nexus, and bloodbraid elf may help you instead?
hmm, well cascade doesn't work in this deck like that. remove cards till you find a card that cost "LESS" so you need all 2 mana cards.
an addon to what i said before, you could just take all the turns you want, 4 timewalks, 4 temporal manipulations, 2 time stretch, 2 emrakul, lighthouse chrono, temporal mastery. gives you all the turns you need to ramp up alot
maybe channel, imperial seal, demonic tutor, vampiric tutor, omniscience, for sideboard, i would do something to stop them from destroying your combo. so counterspells or something. anything to stop a player from playing counterspell, spinal extraction. always hard to find what players find acceptable in a casual match. i mean, you have a gemstone mine, so you could technically build a turn 0 win deck.
well, its expensive because of that. BUT since his strikes first hopefully their creatures don't even get to swing. So his is still valid, as long as all creatures have first or double strike
does your local store?
furnace wraith, curse of bloodletting, raving giant, fireshrieker
