That's an original idea. If there were a way to take damage from cycling and then reflecting it back to the opponent. how about Purity, and sanguine blood? would that work?

Don't need him for that other effect. 2 damage for 3 mana is all I want. it doubles my chances of getting the damage I need. Then you just add the illusionary armor to one of those guys so scry like hell till you get it.

Basilisk collar cost to much money but it would be awesome to have.. I have owned crusades for years and see no point in getting honor the pure. lightning greaves over swiftfoot boots. Not impressed by either. I don't own bone saw and bone splitter does the trick. If i ever find etched champion for a decent price it will go in this deck. I don't really need darksteel citadel although i do have them in other decks that aren't listed here.

The main point of my builds is budget. Keep them as cheap, monetarily, as possible.

I just thought of skyhunter cub, when equipped gets flying and +1/+1.

I have run an equip deck for years. To get this going great you should get puresteel paladin's, auriok glaive masters and steelshapers. I see that you have the Kor's that are similar to aurioks. That works too. However if they are soldiers and knight, which they generally are the steelshaper, when equipped, gives knights and soldiers +1/+1.

Lost leonin is a soldier with infect and grafted exoskeleton is an equipment with infect. That ability is really good with these types of decks, especially anyone who is double strike.

An enchantment I use which its just my advice, but its up to you, is murder investigation. Also crusade. There is another enchantment like crusade but it only boosts your creatures as opposed to crusade which boosts ALL white creatures.

There is also an artifact land that taps for white mana and that will help your metal craft ability. I cant remember the name but it came out in the first Mirrodin block.

well to get this in vintage you would only want one demonic tutor and for both vintage and legacy lose demonic all together. dark ritual and lightning greaves are the only thing keeping it from extended. if you just got rid of the ritual it looks like it might play in modern.
now most of your creatures are really expensive to cast so I would look into getting some cheap defense or control and then concentrate on one aspect of the deck. victim of night and tragic slip is a real good start. however the bloods aren't really getting used so you could lose those for now and get some of the cheaper common vampires like interloper, child of night etc.

use goblin recruiter to put any goblins on the top of your deck then use ringleader to play those top four for free. goblin matron will help you set that up. goblin warstrike can send out some damage based on how many goblins you control.

consume spirit is another good way to take their life and add to your own.

If you are trying to keep yourself alive long enough for the vengeance and bloods to get on the board try using fog of gnats and will o' wisp and ensnaring bridges. forget using creatures that can be useful for attack and get up a good defensive position. Let griselbrand and the spell/enchantment combo do your work.

That's cool, I never thought of using pack rat like this. It looks good any thoughts on using wildwood rebirth? maybe instead of dark prophecy or underworld.
It's a good deck set up, no doubt but man that is expensive to build. some of those creatures are expensive.

I hate to be that guy but I have a cheaper version that is legal in modern. Its called 'beaten into submission'. I have never seen Raven's crime before I might look into getting that.
