You're either missing a couple lands, or something, because right now this deck wouldn't even be the legal size for sealed. I hope you have more than 3 black sources for your 3 black spells, simply because the chances of you having a black source for when you have a black spell right now are super low.

Much better. I congratulate you, and hope it does well in play.
Where's the burn!? Burn is always important to red. Add shocks and/or tarfires, maybe a Flame Javelin or four. There's other burn, but I'm thinking more for creature removal. But I'd definitely try to make room for burn in this.
I'd replace the Twitches with Icy Manipulator.
You may run into beat decks, and the small amount of creatures may hurt you there, because you only have so much damage prevention. Also, there are decks out there that will burn you to death, especially with people building monored with Balefire Liege as the base.
I agree with Peter. Story Circle would work better here than CoPs, simply because you will come across two color decks that have mono-color spells. I'd also add Swords to Plowshares. If you really need to, splash green for more lifegain.
Not bad at all. There is one change I would make, and it would be to switch out the Fire At Wills for Puncture Blast or Flame Javelin. You only get to split three damage, and to get the most out of it, your opponent would have to attack with three 1 toughness creatures. P.Blast and F.Javelin get you more concentrated dmg for the same price, and while FaW turns into a 3 mana Lightning Helix w/liege, P.Blast and Javelin get you six or seven damage at uke's head, which can swing a game.
I'd add in a little more card draw, just to up the chance of you getting the combo.
Sucks that The Simic Sky Swallower has shroud, otherwise it would be an excellent target for Spitting Image.
I would actually LOSE the stonehewer giants and your equipment, or knock down the number of stonehewers to 2. That's two to eight spots that could be filled with things that are a tad more useful, such as O.Ring and Harbingers.
Add Shadow Lance. DEAR GOD ADD SHADOW LANCE. Especially if you get stuck on two mana, a Shadow Lance and an Edge will turn that 1/1 Thrull into a 4/4 first striking, lifelinking, pumpable powerhouse.
Choose Chanceries, Towers or go two of each. Lose Detainment Spell for two more Fetters, lose D.Light for Holy Day, lose both Azorius Ploys, you could probably drop some countermagic like the Trickbinds, replace the Puppeteers with Minister of Impediments
Watch out for artifact and enchantment distruction.
noobie, wither means that the creature deals damage to other creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters, so if a 5 P creature deals dmg to another creature, the dmg'd creature gets 5 -1/-1 counters. As for deck suggestions, this needs Fists of the Demigod in a bad way.
This deck loses to anything with any kind of removal or chump block. You can't rely on an 8 creature, 48 land deck to win. You need support for this, not just Countryside Crusher and Cloak and Dagger. Cloak and Dagger can be destroyed, CC can be removed, as can the shusher. A deck with 20 some land and 30 to 40 some creatures/spells will beat this easy, especially if any of those cards include wither, artifact destruction, removal, and chump blockers. CC needs trample in a BAD way.
You'll be sad when a R/U deck comes along, smashes all your crap, and makes sure you can't play anything. I suggest counterspells.
Add black. If your goal is to mill someone down for the win, add black and go U/B. Best way to do it.
You're going to run into problems with Wither/Blowfly Infestation decks. Add Flourishing Defenses, just to add to your Elf Token abuse.
I actually agree with Informant. Writ of Passage would actually work here. It's all about the Forecast ability, and not actually enchanting a creature.
This seems like a Highlander deck. I'd cut it down if I were you. While it may be more fun to play, it's less efficient. Take a look at my "Strike First" deck to see how I do R/W.
