I have a cheaper solution than amanrocks if you can't afford the Ravnica shock lands. Go get some vivid lands from the Lorwyn set, and that should smooth your mana out a whole bunch. Again, even though I think land destruction is a mortal sin, add Poison the Well and Drain the Well from Shadowmoor/Eventide.

Feh, another faerie deck. Everyone and their mother plays it nowadays. Again, cheapen your mana base. It's only B/U, so you don't need all of those rare lands. Magus of the Moon will destroy this deck, especially if it's played in any kind of R/U deck, which I could easily come up with.
You could easily go 5 color green my friend. Expensive land bases aren't everything. Use your dual lands where you need them, not in every single deck. You could also really drop the Homing Slivers in favor of something useful.
gatherer.wizards.com In one of the search options is sets you can search through, and one of the options is standard. Although I believe land destruction is a mortal sin, add Poison the Well and Drain the Well from Shadowmoor/Eventide.
Lose the Zealots. They're a one trick pony for 4 mana, and two of that has to be red. I'd also suggest losing at least 2 copies of Nobilis of War. It only pumps your attackers. Add Hobgoblin Dragoon if you're looking for cheap fliers. You could also cheapen up your mana base, especially with all the hybrid in here. I'd also get a few copies of Boros Fury-Shield in there. That spell has saved my bacon multiple times. You could even add O Ring for some spot removal.
I'd maybe also lose the Hallowed Fountains in favor of basics. While they do tap for both of your colors, you have Mystic Gate to filter and Reflecting pool to fix.
I agree with most of superdorks suggestions. I'd also drop 2 copies of the Grand Arbiter. My rule about Legendary creatures is max 2 to a deck, unless the card is absolutely vital to win. Augustin is just there to slow your opponent down. If you want to lock down the board as well, make space for Azorious "Control Deck on a Stick" Guildmage and Shielding Plax. I played both of those in a U/W control Dissension draft, and I wound up going 2-1. Add Steel of the Godhead to it, proceed to beat face
Good lookin' G/U there, Forgeling. Although I think there's a better card that would fill the Clockwork Hydra slot, I can't really think of it. I'd suggest adding a Garruk, but he's nowhere in sight of budget pricing. And I disagree, amanrocks. Graft is good because it has built in synergy, not because one or two cards make it so. Those one or two rares make it more powerful, but more powerful doesn't equal making a bad thing into a good thing.
I like the way this is set up, but mine is trying to do something entirely different.
I'd lose Preferred Selection and add Light of Sanction. It'll protect all of your creatures from your Pestilence. And in that case, you could even lose the Swans. Add 2 copies of Selesnya "One Man Army" Guildmage and rely on him for saproling rush as your win condition. Comment on my decks if you like.
I'd main deck those Kitchen Finks. Can't go wrong with Kitchen Finks.
I'd actually add red to this, 2 more copies of Predatory Focus, and a Chuck or two. Maybe Fling. That way you're getting double your money on your creature's power. If you REALLY feel like it, splash white and add Brion Stoutarm. Comment on my decks if you like.
Lose 2 copies of Zur. He's a legendary creature, and when you get one on the board, the other three become dead draws. 2 copies of a legendary is good enough for any deck. You might be able to pull off three, because the deck does pull of Zur a lot. You could probably drop a lot of your mana fixing for regular lands. Also, I'd add Edge of the Divinity for a bit more beef, and Clout of the Dominus for cheap shroud. The Clout won't hurt, because Zur's ability doesn't target.
I have to agree with gh0std0wn. You'll need more land in this deck if you don't put in some acceleration. You could probably lose the Unchecked Growth and the Yamabushi's Flame for Rampant Growth or Kodama's Reach. As for your creatures, a good synergistic combo is Bramblewood Paragon with Borborygmos. Borborygmos will give all your creatures +1/+1 counters, and Bramblewood Paragon gives all of your creatures with +1/+1 counters on them Trample. With an Anger, it would probably be even better.
I'm sure there's more things you could add to it. You still have 10 slots open.
This deck seems really light on land, even though your curve tops out at 4. I'd add some land and a few copies of Cenn's Enlistment when you start drawing land you don't need.
Magiclad
I have to agree with Forgeling. Exalted Angel, while good, would not fit into this deck. While it's a turn 3 morph, turn 4 reveal, it still costs 2WW to flip over. Most of this deck treats mana cost as colorless with B/W hybrid mana. I'd much rather see a turn 3 Mourning Thrull, Edge of the Divinity play, followed by a Deathbringer Liege on turn 4, with a Divinity of Pride on turn 5.
