What do you want it to do? And are you asking for it to fall Ito the 1 mana rules?
Well presides you might run holy strength instead of edge of the divinity, making your deck more "mono white", if that makes any sense.

I have put up a few new decks. Just not any I'm the 1 mana format. But I am going to do an Azorius 1 mana deck soon.
yeah... it looks like it has the potential to be pretty powerful once it gets going. you got some mighty nasty creatures swinging fast and hard with champion of the parish and carrion feeder. particularly with tenacious dead as a sac card. gain tons of lie with deathgreet too and soul's attendant too. :) yeah, this deck looks like tons of fun. :)
yeah, my guess is that aqueous form is a pretty strong card in 1 CMC format. and comboing it with curiosity is a superb idea really like that.
favorite is goblin sharpshooter with basilisk collar. :)

I am a bit surprised that no one has put accorder's shield in there deck. and I would have thought that this deck would have been fantastic for it. :) all in all this looks pretty good. :)
