Definitley agree. I wouldn't add Ashiok because you already have a win condition with all the creatures you are playing. I would add Jace, Architect of Thought for sure. Gideon you could add, but wouldn't be my first option. Otherwise, nice deck.

I completely agree with dropping Heliod and side boarding merciless eviction, buy I would add far//away because that can be good creature removal against aggro decks. I would also drop inspiration to add then 3 far//away.
Now looking at your land I would recommend putting in 4 Temple of Deceit in addition to your guildgates and shocklands. I would get rid of two islands and two swamps for those.
I would then just mainboard the Wight of Precinct Six's to have the lower mana cost creature you want.
I would recommend adding the mind grind's mainboard because you play lots of lands. I would also recommend adding 2 or 3 Jace, Memory Adept to make the mill faster. One other card to add is 4 Breaking and Entering. Definite cards to get rid of are Balustrade Spy because you have other cards with stronger mill. Other than that just keep messing around with the deck to make it better.
I would recommend cutting two thassa's for omenspeaker's just because you can scry into better stuff like jace or master of waves. Also you have a better chance of drawing two thassa's which one of them would be a waste of a card in hand.
If you have the money I would recommend getting shock lands, because it's so fast paying 2 life to get big fatty creatures out isn't that big of a deal. Otherwise, cut maybe the shocks for more land to make it a 24 land deck which you then won't have as many or any mana issues and will benefit by being able to pump up your hydras even more. I know that shocks are good quick removal spells, but find stuff that you think should be cut from the deck.
I would recommend making it strictly a 60 card deck, just because now you have less of a chance of pulling hydras with as big of a deck it is. Get rid of the Wight of Precinct Six because that is meant for a mill deck, maybe a format like this, but really isn't needed. I would also get rid of the Ground Assault's just because you don't play a huge amount of land, and then get rid of the Glaring Spotlight and maybe sideboard it because the hexproof ability is not very big. One last card to get rid to make the deck a 60 card deck is to get rid of the clan defiance. You have big enough creatures that you don't need more removal, and you have a bunch of fatty creatures already. Otherwise looks like a really nice deck!!!
I completely agree, the only things triggering the archangel of thune is the soldier tokens, or the aetherlings. Otherwise a EXTREMELY nice deck.
This deck now looks really nice now, but to be standard playable you need another card to add. I would get rid of the far and away's, and add 4 breaking and entering which is extremely good for a faster mill.

I would add 2 Warleader's Helix, just to make it a 60 card deck. Or just add 2 more land.
Add two more Mind Grind's. You have so much mana, Mind Grind is what should kill your opponent. Get rid of 2 Codex Shredder.
