Yes, but when I have Joraga Treespeakers on turn one, and I level it once on turn 2, and have two swamps on turn three, I can play it on turn three!!

I forgot to mention this will either be played in standard or in casual multiplayer. There will almost always be a creature for me to kill.

Actually, just sidebord the Malakir Bloodwitch and Vamp Hexmage to put in 4 Urge to Feed and 4 Feast of Blood.

2 Blade of the Bloodcheif and 2 Captivating Vamp.
