Mostly a joke. No. Entirely a joke. What do you think?

It seems fairly flawless for the idea you are going after, but I don't see it winning much in a competitive match. Looks fun though.
I say lose the adventuring gear for more whisper silk cloaks or something more expensive to make use of stoneforge mystic. I don't have time to look at all the kor and equipment right now but I will and get back to you.
I really think you should lose the mind sludge as a late game controller. I also think you should think about anowon. I understand how pro white is handy for bant or whatever but the whole one sure kill every turn and the fact that you are prolly going to thin out their little guys with smother urge to feed and tendrils. About tendrils though, why not feast of blood instead? Can use it earlier if you need to, toughness doesn't matter, and you still gain life. Sorry to be this guy but I am trying to get feedback on my silly mono white exalted standard deck before alara gets thrown out. It is called Chrysanthemums if you can check it out.
I like the fact that it is counter heavy but I still think you would need some mana accel to be competitive against more fast pace decks. I also think you need more cheap token producers so you'll get one for sure when you have polymorph as well as more ponders and maybe some more draw cards so you can get the stuff you need faster. The cards I would replace for this stuff is spore burst, bestial menace, treasure hunt, and twitch. If you could just have straight up three progenitus that would be great. I don't think that the other two would be able to pull out a win on their own, even with all the counters.
And thanks for the comment. I replied if you want to start an actual sort of conversation. I would be really interested in some actual consistent feedback/help with anything I end up making. If you are interested check out Chrysanthemums. Its the one I play with. Though I did design my friend's vampire deck.
I would definitely put in some hexmages and basilisk collars with that and blade of the bloodchief... Ya know. Anyway, when my friend had been playing with the bloodwitch it was never a big enough card to change the flow of the game. When you are playing like Bant decks or something they are just going to ignore it and its protection (I understand that pro white works against a fair number of bant creatures but it prolly wont matter when they can get a 3/4 for 3) and just power through it. That is why I prefer the ruin sage. Lastly, why don't you like vampire nocturnus?
I would, and the gatekeepers are really tempting but I like to keep in some late game stuff just as a contingency. And the pulse trackers, aside from being ugly, are basically one mana unblockables once. They die when blocked soo....
Sorry to say the exact same thing as JKowitski. Read the full comment after I posted.
Lotus Cobra, Tideforce Elemental, and Ruin Ghost is infinite landfall. And for cheap.... mana wise. Budget is the only reason I could see to not have that for infinite landfall. Or did you want to keep it two color?
Well, you either need to add lotsa mana accel or take it down to one creature type with things that can support you until you get to 4/5 mana you need to pull out actually winning combos. That is another problem, when you have a 51 card deck without mana and you want it to be a combo deck... It lacks any of the consistency you would need. What is Angel of Mercy and Venerable Monk doing?
I am considering the Pulse Trackers. After we get the Bloodghasts and Highborns we are going to play test with both cards. We ended up taking out all the Sanguine bonds so gtetrakai's very well put together comment becomes NA... sorry. As for the Nighthawks there isn't any room and the Ruin Sage is wa~~~~y better than the bloodwitch.
Looks a bit dependent on getting bloodchief ascension out turn one. Diabolic Tutor maybe? You might also need more stuff to deal the two damage. I don't think just sign in blood and hypnotic specter would cut it. Also, why are there 57 cards?
The reason he says it is because you (generally) don't know what colors your opponent will be playing in a tournament. Therefore you put in a bunch of generalized removal spells and switch between games depending on the color. Anyway, disfigure is really cool if you have any, and I would have feast of blood in the main deck, not the side. If you can get some of the new vamp -x/-x spell (I can't remember its name) then you could turn it into a fun and fast aggro/removal deck with blade of the bloodchief and vampire nocturnus. I know you don't like him but it can really turn the game around with the flying bit.
I wouldn't replace the Lacerators with Bloodghasts, Having one mana creatures is always pretty nice and between that and your four disfigures you should get one or the other in the opening hand. Still put the bloodghasts in though. You could take out the duress or 2-4 swamps. The whole sanguine bond and blood tribute means you win thing is nice too. Might want three of both. Don't forget the worldwake vamps before you go and buy all this either.
Thanks. I definitely could use the mana accel seeing as the two main cards cost five... yikes.
Howz about Control Magic instead of Mind Control. As long as it isn't standard... Maybe Mana Leak instead of Cancel? It works well early game and it looks like you need some early game protection.
Cradle of Vitality owns with Wall of Reverence, then with Battlegrace Angel you can quadruple a cards power and toughness for 4 mana.
I concur rumblybeefcake! I would definitely put in some more counterspells, mana leak is what I suggest. Maybe take out the diplomatic immunitys for them.
Heh, I know what you mean. My friend made a vampire deck off the same premise and those sanguine bonds set him back a hell of a lot. Damn him and his job. It ain't standard but if you want to check it out... http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=35101 Also if you wouldn't mind helping with http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=35069 and http://mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=37949 I apologize for being the ass who does this but, eh... I don't get a lot of comments. The second one especially needs some work.
