draw i would go sign in blood (double black) or nights whisper (black and a colorless). Honestly a small price to pay to get suck power.

I just really see good things coming from this deck. Trying to help as much as I can and still keeping it below $50. I know how having a budget is important.
Honestly I'm not a super big fan of the "deal damage to a player to get bigger type guys". I see them being good if you play a few of them not the whole deck. Cause they are always lower of P/T right out the gate then your other versions of them that have a different ability. I'd play half counter buff guys and the other half just good creatures. (if the CMC and the P/T don't break even (2 mana for a 2/2 or 4 mana for a 4/4) then I don't consider it a good card) (just a little insight to that, vampire nighthawk is worth 3 mana for a 2/3 cause it has lifelink and death touch, Stormkirk captain is a good creature 3 mana for a 2/2 that gives first to all vamps and has first strike himself) Make sense?
Also where is vampire nighthawk?
I think you should run the Vamps that buff guys without damage being dealt. (Captivating Vampire, stormkirk captain. Guys like these). I don't think the LD is needed. I'd rather have draw power to keep the pressure on my opponent. I like your build and I would love to see it change and grow into a powerful tribal deck.
You should have some of the cheaper angels. It would be hard to get board control when your so slow. I would play voice of all and other cheaper (CMC) type creatures. Exalted angel.
I like this deck. Its super fun. I always have loved BIG fatties that just murder people.
anytime. Please take a look at other decks i've made and comment please. I will do the same.
I understand. I would play a card like Asceticism or something like that to help with that. It also helps with reg. Other then that I like the deck. Looks super fun and fast.
I like your deck however the mana curve is to out of whack. I think that you should help with creating the best consistent deck. Other then that I like the deck. It is super fun and kewl. I would like to see it in action.
I have a modern mill deck that is SUPER fun that you should check out. http://www.mtgvault.com/gfreeman/decks/modern-mill-deck-help/
That would be awesome. Let me know when its up
I would honestly make this deck. Its fast and hard to deal with. Even if you proxy it.
Thanks so much. What formats do you play?
hmmm do you have the list and I can give advise?
The idea here is to get out a few creatures, throw out vampire nocturnus making them HUGH and swing for the kill turn 5. Happens often even to say its consistent. With a Low CMC and the speed of vamps its hard to overwhelm this deck. The reason cavern of souls is in here is the fact it makes them protection from counter spells. rakdos carnium slows the tempo down A LOT. By the turn that is active and able to us I have already dealt between 2-9 damage to you. just like any tribal deck the downside is board wipes but if you don't over extend yourself you can recover fast enough to keep pressure. Also with blood artist if you do kill anything you lose life and I gain it.Let me know what you think.
I thank you for your advise. However if you looked all the deck is below 4CMC. This deck kills fast and without mercy. Adding in guys that slow down the deck or cost to much mana will not be good for the deck. The red parts of the deck are buff's, speed and kill all of which a good deck needs. I do have draw, nights whisper. I maybe want to try read the bones just cause of how far you can dig but its 3 mana. I don't doubt bloodline keeper is good, however my falkenrath will win every time, even more so with a buff from stormkirk(also gives first strike) and Vampire Nocturnus. anowon is too slow and just gives a small bonus to creature advantage.
here is the vampire deck. Please let me know what you think.http://www.mtgvault.com/gfreeman/decks/modern-vampires/
thats awesome.
I have a vamp rakdos deck. super fast and fun. I'll upload it to this site tonight and I'll send it your way.
