The leveler deck that I've been playing is a Mono-Blue deck with a few nice rares in it. Shared Fate is my Favorite card to pair with Leveler, second is Parallel Thoughts. They're all pretty costly on the mana front but it's a fun little deck.

Unless you're trying to stay Mirrodin Block or extended you could look into a few other zero casting cost artifacts like: Phyrexian Walker Ornithopter Shield Sphere Paradise Mantle Dark Sphere Fountain of Youth Lotus Petal Tormod's Crypt Urza's Bauble Welding Jar or Zuran Orb
I'd toss in Wood Elves, Allosaurus Rider (Already mentioned). Abundance would be nice since you then get to rearrange the cards on the bottom of your library as you see fit. Also, some search spells might do you good. Summoner's Pact and Chord of Calling. If you're playing casual eithers Gaea's Touch (Legacy 1.5) or Fastbond (Vintage 1) might be good additions as well.
Only suggestions might be Wasteland and/or Barbarian Ring, might speed things up if your opponent runs creatures that'd be able to block your little guys. I agree that this deck is slow as you are basically just bleeding your opponent down with little creatures but a slow win is still a win eh?
Actually joande you are incorrect. Since the original Dragonstorm is countered and the copies are played by the original player then it is possible to have each copy previously played end up adding to the storm count. This is a very interesting deck but you might want to put in some other kind of mana accel since it is a bit mana hungry. I don't know what format you are going for since everything is type 2 except for stone rain. Nice deck though.
I might question the stability and reliability of this deck a bit. It seems to me that you're kinda just hoping to pull the perfect card at any given time. It doesn't look like you have any/much in the way of search so having tons of one ofs doesn't do you much good. I'd try to concentrate on a specific strategy and go for that. With these cards as a starter I'd go Black control/discard with white weenie and pump up auras. Just my two cents worth.
I've been thinking of a similar deck but running Thallids instead. Between Sporesower Thallid and Sporoloth Ancient you can turn out quite a few saprolings each turn.
Nice deck, I've been considering putting together a deck similar but I was considering going mono white. A few suggested cards if I may. 1) Godless Shrine and/or Caves of Koilos for multi colored mana production though you may not have any problem in that aspect. 2) Coat of Arms might be good in your sideboard to beef up your creatures. 3) Enduring Renewal is a sweet card, highly under-valued in type 2 if you ask me.
Trample is nice on the Heedless One but it goes solely off of elves, it does not include any other creature types making the mass generation of saprolings moot to it. A few cards I've been considering are Aluren Primordial Sage Overrun
Actually two things. 1) Gaea's Cradle is not restricted to the number in the deck, only to the number that can be in play at any given time. It is a legendary land, not a restricted card. 2) While centaur glade makes 3/3 centaurs it has two drawbacks in a deck such as this. a) If you are stuck with an odd amount of mana you are stuck taking mana burn from the remainder. b) Between Gaea's Cradle and Scion of the wild going off of creatures I'd prefer a larger number rather than bigger.
I'd still think that 6 lands is a bit low. You could also run at least one ot two Gaea's Cradles. But those are a bit tough to come by.
Nice little combo for this deck. Boomerang + Isochron Scepter
If you want to run the green side then you might want to try... Invigorate Refreshing Rain in addition to your Skyshroud Cutter and Reverent Silence, but all of these depend on getting false cure out. Grollub might be a good addition as well but youd have to be able to deal damage to him somehow.
This deck has some nice little combos but I'd beware any win condition that forces me to have played 3/4 of any one card I have. The Mind Bends altering lands are a bit interesting. Another problem I have is the low land count, if you're trying to get a Stuffy Doll out before you get pummeled by your opponent then you might want to rethink the land count. Maybe add in some more lands from all 5 colors or maybe some Ravnica Duals that count as multiple types. Expensive but effective.
Fungus decks aren't as Noob as some may think (See above post). My two cents. Doubling Season: Can really help this deck Sporoloth Ancient: Helps speed up your Fungus and rule with doubling season. Enduring Renewal: Since you are already splashing White this will help your land go back to your hand if you have Life and Limb out and they Wrath you. Selesnya Guildmage: Instead of Nemata, Grove Guardian Focus on GW and get some duals or mana fixing. More plains.
Some good cards for this deck that I like in my swarm decks. Essence Warden (Life Gain) Soul Warden (Life Gain) Darien, King of Keldjor (Tokens) Supply//Demand (Tokens) Glare of Subdual (Control) Watchwolf (Good two drop) Vitu-Ghazi (tokens) Selesnya Guildmage Llanowar Elves (Mana) Birds of Paradise (Mana) More Evangels Overrun (Finisher) Maybe Coat of Arms (Sideboard) Enduring Renewal (Side vs Wrath) (Doesn't help the tokens, but helps the card creatures) My two cents...
Well, the combo is interesting. To speed it up a bit you might toss in some coretappers or of the like. Also I'd suggest some Urza's lands to speed up your mana acceleration. Keep in mind, Worship doesn't save vs loss of life, only damage. You might want to load up a bit on the combo though. 4x Urza's Tower 4x Urza's Mine 4x Urza's Power Plant 4x Copper Myr 4x Gold Myr 2x Darksteel Forge 2x Darksteel Reactor 2x Platinum Angel 2x Worship 4x Golden Wish 4x Enlightened Tutor 4x Myr Retriever
Delay might be good in the Cancel spot too. Teferi makes it as good as a counter-spell. Evacuation might be good if you can get them but they are rares. Chalice of the Void might be good, but again it's rare. Defense Grid might be a nice addition, since you're dipping into Mirrodin Block.
I'd add some or at least a few Tormod's Crypts. You don't want to get half way to decking them and have them Feldon's Cane their Grave back to their Library. Also, some decks are designed to operate with their Library in their graveyard.
A nice accelerant might be Lightning Axe with Fiery Temper. Nice 8 damage for 2 red. Only bad thing is that with a turn one rift bolt would turn this into 11 damage dealt not 10. If paired with their use of a pain land though you'd only have to come up with 7 more damage to kill on turn three.
