Sounds like a plan to me.

Well you could probably get away with sideboarding back from the brink and at least 1 copy of progenitor mimic?
What about rancor, or something of that caliber, to try and push damage through?
You could use voyaging satyr in the theros block if you want something similar. He cost one more than arbor elf but you untap target land so it works for hinterland harbor as well. Though, Joraga might be better in this case, since he can make the mystics produce two g. I've just never been a fan of the leveling ability.
Well you can untap breeding pool and re-use it for either a g or u. I'd run 4 breeding pools if I were to use arbor elf, but I only have 2 atm so I only put 2 in the build.
You inspired me as well. Here's what I came up with; http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/biovisionary/
I'd make a few changes just because you have some different cards that do the same things.-1 Grove-1 Alive // Well-1 Trostani's Judgment-1 Coursers accord-2 Centaurs herald+1 Forest or Guildgate+1 Elvish Mystic+1 Wake the reflections+3 Advent of the WurmJust my opinion though. Here was my old standard token deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/tokens/
Here's my old standard and a casual play deck I made around scavenge. http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/jund-3/http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/scavenge-again/
Nylea herself, dread mangler, rougue's passage, alpha authority and rancor are all some ideas.
I get not having kalonian since he's up to almost $20 last I checked, but yeah I just don't get this deck..
Ghor-clan rampager? And skullcrack for sb?
Yeah he's good, but it takes a minute to get him to be a "threat." I just feel as if you're going to use him, there should be more of a "Simic theme" Idk, it just bothers me lol. As for mistcutter, ramp wouldn't be much of an issue if you're using it just to kick off the evolve, considering it's only x(g). You can pretty much drop it in as big as you need it, though ramp would make it so much better. Once again though, not needed since there's only experiment one.
Yeah I don't get it.. I'm personally a huge fan of the new simic, and their evolve effect, but you really have to build the deck around evolve and +1/+1 counters to utilize that effect. Having only one evolve creature doesn't do any kind of justice for this deck.
I'm confused as to what you're going for..? You only have one creature with evolve, and only 3 that come into play with counters including him; aside from biomancer's effect. So why's the mana consistency that much of an issue?
Because having a little extra mana doesnt hurt. Your call though. Just threw this together http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/simic-standard-4/
Personally, I would rather have haste and pro blue. Also Gyre sage, Voyaging Satyr, Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Caryatid or Karametra's Acolyte will give you a little mana ramp
I'd look into bioshift and Mistcutter Hydra
I like the concept, I might borrow a couple ideas. Here's mine http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/edh/
I personally enjoy the way it is, but if you wanted to splash in blue you could run master biomancer and vorel of the hull clade. Then you could sb progenitor mimic, give // take, plasm capture and/or bred for the hunt?
Anyone willing to give pointers on a commander deck? Nothing to do with this post, I'm just asking here cause it has more traffic than my post lol.http://www.mtgvault.com/dharr16/decks/edh/
