Also, you need some game-changers. While a low mana curve is nice, if you neglect to have anything powerful (which are usually high cost), the deck's performance will suffer.

Here are my suggestions, given that Golgari is all about your graveyard. Make the following replacements: Dead Weight and Sign in Blood for Victim of Night or Bone Splinters More useful. Diregraf Ghoul for Butcher Ghoul Better blocker and can die a second time. Rakdos Cackler for Blood Artist More useful to your strategy. Cavern of Souls for Golgari Guildgate You don't even have a little repetition in your creature types, you don't need the mana that fast, and you only have two colors and the card is much more useful at three.
I have Rolling Temblor in there because it won't kill my drakes, but is still a decent board wipe. Thanks for suggesting Mizzium Mortars, I made the change. I was just looking for a replacement for Incinerate, from the original version of this deck, I've been revising the deck to keep it in standard since before they prereleased RTR. I don't know how it'll affect how the deck plays not being able to hit players and being a sorcery, but we'll see. Devil's Play is my replacement for Bonfire of the Damned, because I'm not willing to pay that. I'll consider putting in the invocations, I have to test it as-is first to see if it still has a problem with enough defenders. I'm hoping that Guttersnipe will help me deal damage fast enough that I won't need more creatures.

You can use any color mana to cast colorless spells. Staff of Domination has a bunch of combos to produce infinite mana http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Discussion.aspx?multiverseid=50162 Another good combo is Elvish Archdruid plus Wirewood Lodge, as long as you have two elves you have an infinite mana source.
I'd suggest something cheap to give haste such as Fervor otherwise once you get Smokestack rolling your tokens will never see a combat phase. Unless that's the plan? 0.0
Yeah, I'm not sure he's aware of the issue with Goblin Arsonist and Doomed Traveler. Exile doesn't count as dying. Good idea with the Memnites though. Side note: I really like how demonking28 is just abusing the tokens to Battle Hymn into Worldfire.
Seems alright. I'm fairly certain though, that indestructibility doesn't protect from sacrificing. Kinda puts a big hole in one of your combos. Overall pretty good though.
It doesn't seem as though you're trying to go for a mill deck so I'd get rid of the Mindcrusher and Chill of Forboding. I'd get a few more 2 costs and lose even just a couple of 3 costs and 6 costs. Otherwise I'd say your deck looks just fine.
You should consider working on your grammer sir. His mana curve is fine, he could actually stand to gain a couple (but no more than that) more 5 or 6 costs so that he can turn the game to his favor instead of just fending the enemy off. The card ammount is fine, but I would offer the suggestion of more land, not too many but a few more.
I feel like the Low Estimated Deck Value is a little lower than is really possible. But the deck looks good.
I love the Pariah/Pariah's Shield combo with Stuffy Doll. So awsome, I hope you don't mind but I'm gonna use that.
