Sounds pretty good, I would like to say though, you won't regret having more Reaper of the Wilds in the deck if you add them.

You certainly have a mana curve that wouldn't be hurt from swapping Chandra's Phoenix with Seraph. I was actually going to put a Seraph in one of my decks a couple days back because it is a really good card.
What are your thoughts on Ajani's Chosen and Angel of Serenity. I think both would work well in the deck, but I'm not sure either are necessary.
In general I don't have Heroic creatures because that means less enchantments which is an inherent problem with the strategy. I like Phalanx Leader but didn't put him in due to the WW. I also like Agent of the fates, but the problem with him would be, in regards to my current strategy, is that my opponent could choose to sacrifice his Pacified or Arrested creatures to sabotage my enchantment count which would be bad. I do like your suggestion of Fabled Hero though, after looking at him more I've decided that play testing might decide he needs to be squeezed in. It's just so tempting to put Ethereal Armor on him and then laugh at the look on my opponents face when they realize the damage potential.
You have a lot of options depending on what you want out of it. Personally I'd suggest Deadly Recluse. Here's a list of cards that could fit your bill: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?sort=cmc+&action=advanced&output=spoiler&method=visual&type=%20["Creature"]&color=|[W]|[G]|[R]%20![B]%20![U]&format=%20["Standard"]&text=|[flying]|[reach]
I just have to give you props for you name of this deck. It made me smile.
@AZ88 you'll have to test your deck in your main play group if you're going to find out if you should keep your PW or not. I used to have a Chandra in one of my old decks but people would kill it so fast it never got past a turn. You just need to see if you can actually do what you want with your card or if it gets removed before you get the chance. It really just depends on your deck and what your typical opponent plays. Also, NinjaStyle612 you're too argumentative.
The random hand generator on this website never seems to give me as good of hands as I draw from the same decks in real life. So remember to take the hand generator as a baseline and not as a guiding force.
I'd suggest dropping Chandra's Phoenix, you don't really have enough burn to propperly support it.
Nemesis is a good choice for this deck over Desecration Demon because it plays better into the strategy you're going for. For the sideboard I'd suggest some more things to deal with flyers because your mainboard can only deal with them using removal. Also, Think about how your deck might fair against the horde should you play against a deck that spams tokens. First strike can also be a huge pain. Play testing will be you best tool of discovering what you need most. Just remember, this isn't an EDH deck, you should consolodate some of your cards so you have less variety of cards and more of each of the ones that work well. I'd suggest dropping a few of your 4 costers and filling the gap with something cheaper ones to start, but it's your deck. Yes it is...http://www.wizards.com/Magic/TCG/Resources.aspx?x=magic/rules/freeform
It's called Freeform, there are no restrictions on deck building other than that it contain a minimum of 40 cards.http://www.wizards.com/Magic/TCG/Resources.aspx?x=magic/rules/freeform
This VS Infinite Mana Deck = Hilarious!
The mana in this deck can be slow in the sense that the only land guaranteed to be untapped when it enters the battlefield is the two Islands that you recommended he add. And that's all there is to it. The mana curve in this deck is enormous. 1/6 of the deck needs 5+ mana. 1/3 of it needs 4+. Both of those stats are including land and absurd.Your deck on the other hand is no mystery. All that ramp you have clearly makes a big difference in the play speed of the deck.
"there are O rings and arrests and pacifisms", which your opponent can use on you too.
Why don't you use Silent Departure or Vapor Snag instead of Unsummon?
I know they are, but they come in tapped unless you pay with your life. Not to mention the completely reasonable possibility that you don't get one in your opening hand, or you get one or more that are of the wrong type. Life isn't an issue against all decks, but there are a plenty of decks that will play fast enough that you'll be too little too late by the time they're ready for the kill.
Or at least sideboard it.
If you don't want to lose the two life or don't have one of the islands, mountains, or plains out your land will not be immediately tappable. Once the deck gets going it should be fine, but I'm sure that it'll take longer than you'll want it to to get out of the gate, so to speak.
Have you play-tested this deck? It seems that your mana may be a little slow with so much special land, though I must admit I've never played a deck where the land works together like yous does. Also, your mana curve is really high, especially for a deck with few creatures. Just some suggestions. Please check out my deck and tell me what you think: http://www.mtgvault.com/democidist/decks/mare-di-flamae-standard-2nd-ed/
