You think of using Steam Vents? Or if you don't mind using cards outside of the Ravnica block you could use Cascade Bluffs.

In a 1 on 1 matchup there's little chance of getting all 4 paths, but there are other removal spells and if you're playing against a control deck, he's bound to use the others too.
The main thing Ican suggest in running 4x seething song, 4x rite of flame and/or 4x desperate ritual. that should solve your mana problems.
Agreed, Skyshroud is the better option. Also, you could consider Realm Razer.
I think you'd need some fog cards. My 2 favourite white fogs are Holy Day and Etherial Haze
I'm not too sure on $$$ or legality, but 2 clerics I think you should consider are Mother of Runes and Battletide Alchemist. They my 2 favourite clerics.
I ran Furnaces in my Stuffy deck and found it hurt me more than it hurt my opponent.
I have to agree
I agree on the land thing, some of the cards you have in here give you more mana (Llanowars, Garruk, est).
One question - Where's Llanowar Elves?
Other than the deck being medium to high mana cost, nice deck. seeing that most of the creatures are red, why not use one or more of the red mana acceleration spells? Or add Llanowar elves, you are running green. I also think the Savage Lands coming into play tapped mite slow you down.
I suggest adding one or more of the red mana acceleration spells (Rite of Flame, Desperate Ritual, Seething Song). Also, where's Lightning Bolt?
I've found that more than 3 of the blades in a deck tends to not work too well (sometimes more that 2 doesn't work).
Looks like a well planned out, decent deck
Most original use for the rats that I've seen, I like.
I'm liking this deck. It uses (and can abuse) what I like about green (a little tweeking needed though).
Definitly add one or two Eldrazi, but I suggest playtesting to see what can be taken out for them (even if you have to proxy them).
Somtimes simple is more effective than the "wow factor" you see in most decks these days.
Fog and Tanglesap
You could also use Paradox Haze to speed up the removal of time counters.
