I like the idea, but the ENTIRE deck is based off of having Angelic Accord out on the field, and that's what I'm not such a fan of. All of your populate effects are useless without it, and will just end up being dead weight in your hand. If Angelic Accord is near the bottom of the deck, that's an almost guaranteed loss for you. I'd put some other token producers in there to keep the deck to make it work better. Luminarch ascension, moonsliver spear, and maybe sigil of the empty throne since you have 10 other enchantments already.

Ah, yes, I considered many a time to throw in those cards to power up my nephilim cards. However, most of the time their effects don't fit well into the deck or if they do they throw the mana curve way off. Clout of the dominus is nice, but it keeps me from targeting him with aphotic wisps, distortion strike, traitor's clutch, and other cards to make him unblockable and exploit his effect better. Favor of the overbeing would work better in here than clout, but what should I take out for it?
Good idea, but forgotten ancient and primeval bounty distribute the +1/+1 counters as needed among my other creatures. Also, I would have to take out something that has either rebound, cipher, or lets me steal cards from my opponents and cast them, I would have to trade cards that give me multiple castings for one that only has a single cast, slowing down how fast I would be able to get nephilim and ancient strong.
I like it, I like it a lot. Free protection for any of my creatures? Sure why not? Also, clout works much better in here than in the other nephilim decks, so in it goes!

You have several cards that will kill of ghast when you use them (barter in blood, drown in sorrow, innocent blood, mutilate) and since he's the only 4 creatures in there with no way to get them back on the field that's probably a bad idea.
I'd replace murder with mortify since you have the colors for it. Also might want to consider cathedral of war for some more exalted triggers. currently, your deck only has 17 exalted effects total in it, which is a little low for my taste. I'd personally nix mirrian crusader, vampire nighthawk, tormented soul and archetype of courage as well as some of your removal spells (at least 2, no more than 4).if you replace those nixed cards with more exalted and combined with a few cathedral of wars your exalted effects will get a lot more powerful much quicker. Another thought would be to make some way for your creatures to be unblockable to kill your opponent much faster.

Very land heavy. Need to cut that down to about 20-22. Also, you run four guttersnipe but only have 12 sorceries, making him not nearly as powerful as he could be. Also, while the abzan cards you have in here are all good, they are out of place. You have nothing other than their outlast abilities to give them the +1/+1 counters that they need, and that will only work against you. Also, running four fieldwipes while giving your creatures no possible form of protection from it is dangerous. I would nix the 2 racecourse fury, 3 end hostilities, and at least 5 lands. I'd replace them with instants and sorceries that give +1/+1 counters so your abzan cards can activate their effects and guttersnipe can damage opponents at the same time (test of faith, tempt with glory, temper, otherworldly journey, feat of resistance... and so on). Since a lot of the cards that do that in these colors are defensive, that would allow you to use abzan as blockers and finish them off with guttersnipe and your instants/sorceries that do damage. Still, that'd be a lot of changes to the deck and I don't know if that would be straying too far from what you want it to be, so ignore this if you think it's too much of a change.
one I really don't get, is Eidolon. Literally everything that you play will deal two damage to you and nothing will prevent it. Also, why the fetch lands in a mono colored deck like this?

Thanks, wasn't really liking how think twice was working out in the deck, faithless looting is a great idea. Also, totally forgot about spellheart and how he would be awesome in here, thanks! Still going to keep in one crumbling necropolis though, I like having land that can give me one of any color mana I need in any tricolored deck I make.

Your win condition is to get psychosis crawler out, one out of 99 cards, yet you have only one card that can search the deck for him? Also, with all the planeswalkers, why not add in tezzeret the seeker? Two turns with him out and you can get psychosis crawler. Could be useful with all the other artifacts you have in here. Also, Glissa the traitor would be good for getting it back if it got destroyed.
