This deck SCREAMS "MIMIC VAT" -Grave Titan (get a token of him + 4 2/2 zombies for 3 colorless) -Skinrender (3 colorless to give a creature 3 -1/-1 counters Keep Cemetary Reaper, but get rid of Lord of the Undead. Try getting your hands on Hex Parasite and Black Sun's Zenith, as they will not only help you control your opponents creatures for a while, the parasite can feed off of the -1/-1 counters the BSZ will give to you. Tip: Stick to casting BSZ for 4 mana (With a cemetary reaper in play with will keep most of your critters alive).

I just placed an order at coolstuffinc.com and bought the following cards: 4x Memoricide 4x Phyrexian Metamorph 4x Surgical Extraction 4x Whispering Spectre I hope some of these cards will work out in my deck! :D
Just updated my deck a little bit: ---Main--- -4 Vector Asp -4 Go for the Throat +4 Necropede +4 Dismember ---Side Board--- - All of it +4 Ratchet Bombs Any insight as to what can be done to improve on this would be greatly appreciated.
Oh! If you're using acidic slime, try running Mimic Vat as well!
I can't really say anything bad about this. Looks awesome, man! Feel free to comment/critique my deck when you get a chance. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=153232
I would try to replace Mishra's Factory with Inkmoth Nexus. Otherwise, it looks alright by me.
I guess in a way it "could" help out in games that last too long? I mean...the prospect of dropping 4 PCs on someone or 4 -1/-1 counters on a threatening critter for 3 colorless sounds like a good idea to me. But once again, any and all suggestions are welcome.
To hell with Doubling Season. What you need is a couple Thelon of Havenwood.
Following bluewins idea. Bumping this :D
To be honest, I think this deck could work in a multi-match as long as your partner has something to control the field while you pull off your shenanigans.
If you're gonna use Trigon of Infestation, try running a couple Phyrexian Swarmlords instead so you don't have to worry about paying mana every turn to produce the insect tokens.
I was thinking of adding Core Prowler and Throne of Geth to try and weasel out 4 poison counters thanks to Mimic Vat: Tap 3 for Mimic Vat: play Core Prowler token. Attack with Token for 2 PC (Poison Counters) Tap Throne of Geth, Sac CP: Proliferate Twice (Once for ToG and once again when CP token hits graveyard). Any suggestions would be great, especially if any of the cards from NPH are involved!
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=153232 Pretty similar...but I like yours a little better.
I'd have to agree. This deck is frickin' cool.
I'd considered using Ratchet Bomb if I actually had them. I use the black sun with mimic vat to kill most critters and imprint one of them (mine or theirs).
I like how similar to my deck this is :) A person after my own heart LOL. Feel free to use http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=153232 as a guide if you'd like. Not too far off, I'd say. Keep up the good work.
omg...I just realized it. Since swinging and using Mortapod are two different instances...you can proliferate TWICE with thrummingbird. Wicked...
-2 Core Prowler -2 Corpse Cur +1 Mortapod +3 Mimic Vat.
If I could make one suggestion. Try running Mimic Vat in there. You can sacrifice Thrummingbird or Plague Stinger to your Mortapod, imprinting them onto the vat. Summon a token of either one...equip the Mortapod to it...swing for 2 either way and either put 2 poison counters on your opponent [stinger] or proliferate [thrummingbird]. I was planning on doing it myself...so if you try...tell me what you think! :)
Especially thanks to the Deathmarks and Doomblades.
