It doesn't let you cast spell multiple times. It lets you cast more spells per turn by untapping your mana. As it resolves, you can have it untap the mana used to cast it. When its cast and then ciphered to a creature, it can be cast a second time when that creature scores combat damage. Spells ciphered to a creature at cast from exile, not copied. Consider the following:

T1: Island, Nivmagus Elemental
T2: Island, Mountain, Sprite Dragon 1/1
T3: Island, Hidden Strings (1,U), Hands of Binding (1,U), Clout of the Dominus (U/R)
Sprite Dragon is now a 6/6 with haste, flying, and shroud. If you attack and deal combat damage with it, the ciphered Hidden Strings and Hands of Binding are cast from exile. Sprite Dragon is now 8/8. You also now have two more mana to cast with on your second main phase. OR you can exile those two ciphered spells to Nivmagus Elemental, making it a 5/6.

This is a common occurrence for this deck. Electrostatic Infantry benefits in the same way. Rebound is also a major contributor, since spells are cast. All of these can be exiled to give Nivmagus Elemental +2/2 for each spell. Even copies from Gigadrowse can pump it. If you have Erayo in your opening hand, it can be reliably flipped T3 or T4, which is basically GG.

Cards with Miracle casting costs would be excellent in this deck. Spy Network is old schools, but still one of the best scrying cards around. It also works great with Treasure Hunt.

I think you might be better off dropping white. Also, no Persist deck is complete without a Quillspike! Power Conduit is also a solid choice, since it can save two creatures at a time in a persist deck. It would also allow you to mix in creatures with Undying.

Nice concept. Quick with good synergies. Cards with Rebound like Staggershock or Emerge Unscathed would go well in this deck. Cards with Replicate like Pyromantics or Siege of Towers would do well and help you from fizzling out when you've emptied your hand by turn 4 or 5. I'm not sure how it would resolve if you didn't have valid targets, but Shattering Spree as a lot of potential here too.

I have a lot of similar cards. This deck has too much mana and too little draw. You're going to empty your hand by turn 4. Something like Sign in Blood will really help keep your tempo up. Lots of your creatures are redundant. I'd recommend tightening up your selection and then reanimating them. Call of the Death-Dweller would be a good choice here.

It's so nice that black is FINALLY getting ways to deal with enchantments. While it's slower, I generally prefer Feed the Swarm over Pharika's Libation. It's certainly a close call and both have their uses depending on the deck.

If you're running a blue deck around unblockable creatures, you must have Sigil of Sleep. It's devastating.

Not bad, though a bit inconsistent. I kind of messed with a UW bird deck, but it turned into something else. I would recommend replacing Banishing Light with Ariel Assault. Favorable Winds would also do well here. Maybe have that instead of Angel of Vitality.

Don't you think leaning in As Foretold is going to be slow or unreliable? I would think at least some Transmute would do you well, like Drift of Phantasms. It can either be an excellent blocker or a fetch for your enchantment.

You need Paradox Haze for getting extra upkeeps. Power Conduit, Timecrafting, etc. also lets you remove suspend counters. Same goes for creatures like Johria's Timebug and Rift Elemental. If you're moving counters and getting extra upkeeps, also consider Chronozoa (creature) and Followed Footsteps.

PS: You have 74 mountains.

I would get rid of Malicious Affliction and Go for the Throat. Your creatures already take care of destruction. Your planeswalkers are also really expensive excessive. I would remove them too. Your mana curve is kind of rough, and you have almost no draw.

I recommend Bonds of Mortality and Heroic Intervention. Both of those cards will let you deal with problems and an opponent's removal. Caravan Vigil and Life's Legacy should help your mana curve, mana distribution, and draw tempo.

Thanks for the comment. I do own Hooded Blightfang, and had it in this deck for a bit. It works really well with Bloodthirsty Aerialist, for sure. I kind of had it as sideboard material, but it ultimately might be a better fit. Gives me a non-vampire sacrifice outlet, pumps Aerialist, threatens planeswalkers, and gives more life to use on Pain's Reward.

Bold deck. Always fun to shoot for glory with a crazy deck like this. God help you if you play against any kind of removal or control though.

You’re not using mono black, or particularly zombies correctly. Go through your graveyard. Use cards like Buried Alive to get your win conditions in your graveyard, the animate them. One of my favorite animate spells is Victimize. Cards that allow you to mill your own deck in order to find your reanimate cards are also an excellent choice.

Blowfly Infestion and Fists of the Demigod are incredible with Kulrath Knight. Jund Hackblade and Grixis Grimblade are also in a deck like this.

Hrm, it seems you would be correct. I forgot that rebound had to be cast from hand. Thanks for pointing that out. I did know that copying with dual casting doesn't trigger the abilities, but the Rebound does. That's still 2 triggers for 3 mana, with an additional 2 damage for 1 mana if copied. Not a bad deal. It also interacts really well with Satyr Firedancer. I'd say its still a keeper. Thanks again for correcting me on Rebound though. Upvoted you.

Nice suggestion. Thank you. I haven't looked at this deck in ages. Talk about blast from the past.

Lava Spike can only damage a player and is absurdly expensive. I did consider Magma Jet though. I didn't know about Risk Factor. The Jump-Start ability could be really useful. Thanks for the suggestion. Dangerous Wager isn't a bad idea, but I can't say my hand is empty enough for that to make sense.

Staggershock is really good in this deck, because it triggers the creature abilities twice for one cast, which is very valuable. Also, if I copy the Rebound with Dual Casting, I can keep it going indefinitely for one mana each turn.
