BEST DECK EVAR!!!!I'd put in some draw cards and some search cards though (Demonic tutor, Diabolic tutor, Diabolic revolation) and there's another card that can help go through your deck faster. can't remember what it's called, but if you have no cards in your hand you can pay 2 and draw a card. it's a blue enchantment 3U
I like the proliferate you threw in there. It rly helps a simic deck :P I would probably try to find a better card to replace the Dimir Guildmage. It is a good card, but doesn't fit the theme of the deck.

It works well with finest hour too. You cast once and attack twice. then flash back again and by then, they rly should be dead. if they're not, you did something wrong :P
I'd put in artful dodge instead of tricks of the trade.
What about that card that says if you can't draw any cards, you instead win the game? just in case if you mill yourself that much XP
Maybe put in some counterspells, like cancel, or... um... what's it called... 1U: COunter target spell unless it's controller pays 3. And maybe put in some hexproof stuff. I love the deck though. Dimir, Simic, and Izzet are mah fav guilds =D

You should put your commander in your sideboard so people know what your commander is. also, you can't have 2 Utvara Hellkite or Mizzium Mortars

um, you'll have to put a card in that's no Decree of Annihilation because that's a red card, your commander isn't red :/Sylvan Scrying is a nice card
Gem of Becoming is a great mana fixer. i do like Dreadwing. Oh, and Fire-field Ogre is a must. I personally like having Sire of Insanity. Shrieking Affliction is nice if you're planning having a lot of Discard effects. It seems that you have quite a bit of ways to deal with creatures, so i'd put in Countersquall for those annoying non-creature spells you have to deal with.You can take a look at my deck if you want, it's not too amazing, but i like it =Dhttp://www.mtgvault.com/blackrazz/decks/how-bout-no/
