how about Grave Pact and Grave Betrayal?

well, i have another idea that fits with Dormant Sliver. that defender card where you pay 3R, T: deal damage to target creature or player equal to the number of creatures with defender you control.
Vent Sentinel is what it's called (i had to look it up) XP

then just throw in some board wipes next :P

haters gonna hate. :P i do think you need more cards that allow you to win... just plague sliver idt is quite enough. unless you throw in some search cards, or give it indestructible for your boardwipes.

amoeboid changeling. Make them not slivers when they attack. there might be other cards like it you can use.

go 5 color and put in sliver overlord so you can gain control of their slivers.

Maybe the quantity is limited to only 1, so because you have more than 1, it's not legal.

How about Isocronic Scepter?

Isocronic Scepter could be a nice card. Every turn you can cast one of your 2 cost spells. Very helpful.

Too many cards. Try to narrow it down to 60

Get Lightning bolt or some other form of direct damage for when you hit w/ master of cruelties.
Fire-Field Ogre is awesome! Oh, and maybe put in countersquall.
