Time sieve + Thopter assembly

Personally, I think this deck is ok; not good, but not bad. Obviously you're going for a standard legal deck. This isn't really my area of 'expertise' but here goes nothing. I would include phyrexian obliterator because he flows well with the massacure wurm and the blood artist. I would take out the demonlord of ashmouth.
First off, this deck won't win. Why? It isn't consistant, you won't get the card you need when you need it. You have probability working against you, make it work for you. Focus on the best and drop the dead weiht while still retaining a good curve. Read this to learn how to build a better deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=346970
Sometimes decks make it to the front page, not because they're particularly good, but because it has gotten that many suggestions... not saying yours is bad, I haven't looked at it yet.
I'm sorry but this deck won't win... ever. You won't get the cards you need to complete your combos. I would focus on a single combo and make other decks out of the others.
This is just a guideline. Different decks will have different mana curves. I'm not saying that you have to follow everything this as if they are the laws of physics.
Why do you have Izzet guild mage in there? The only card it can copy is Banefire... Which is a waste of deck space. The only synergy I see is Skirk Prospector, Goblin arsonist, and Enduring Renewal. Other than that, this is just a cheap burn deck. I would remove the Izzet Guildmage and put in more Goblin Arsonist, Skirk Prospector, and Enduring Renewel. With this deck, it's your win condition, so focus on it more. My Suggestions: -2 Izzet guildmage -4 Banefire +2 Skirk +2 Goblin arsonist +2 Enduring Renewel
It's a good idea, but you should be more worried about how to get 2 of each mana more. It's just waay too slow. You should take advantage of cards like prismatic omen or birds of paradise... cards that can produce any color of mana. My suggestions are: Mana Reflection Dual Lands Prismatic Omen Birds of Paradise Upwelling Gemstone array etc. etc Don't include all my Suggestions because it will destroy your mana curve.
Seal of doom and not doom blade?
WHITE POWAH!
This deck isn't the best I could've made but it gets the point of the combo across. I made this deck at 1 in the mmorning so my brain was firing on all cylinders.
I'm honestly hoping that this isn't a serious deck.
This is not a tournament quality deck, but it can be hilariously devastating.
If you add Golem foundry to the mix, every 3rd time dross scorpion returns, you will get a 3/3 golem token. Since Dross scorpion is returns to the battlefield an infinite number of times you can POSSIBLY achieve an infinite number of infinite/infinite golem tokens.
But I do like the idea of splashing black... I'll probably make a few quick edits, and speed it up.
I understand that this deck is truly quite slow, but im not going to play it in any competitive (or even partially competitive) matches its extremely casual.
Any other ideas? I think I actually may need to slim it down a bit...
Glad I could help.
There's some really good white exalted creatures coming in M13. Which should make this deck all the better, great idea though. Have you looked at Marit Lage? (Dark Depths)
I'm guessing WB modern... But no 1 drops? Also, how are you going to handle control decks? One other thing, descent into madness isn't as good as you think. It will come out turn 5 at the absolute earliest, plus it can very easily screw you over if the game stalls out because you will have to exile increasing numbers of permanents, which can very easily happen in modern.
