Dragonarch seems like it would do a better job of dropping the big guys than quicksilver amulet, because it costs 2 instead of 4 to drop a card out of my hand.

Its easier to understand what EDH means if you look at an EDH deck, rather than me telling you what it is.

EDH is a format where you have a 100 card deck, but you're only allowed to have one of any given card (except basic land) and you have a commander. The commander's colors dictate what colors the deck is. The commander can be played whenever you have the mana to do so. If it dies, it goes back to its 'commander spot' and can be cast again but for one extra colorless mana.

If this isnt going to be EDH your going to want to cut this down to 60 cards, and not use so many singletons; the reason being, this deck will NOT be consistant it will may get some wins but it will screw you over, simply because you couldnt get the card you REALLY needed.

Excuse my asking, but what exactly is/are the P9? I checked the official list of banned cards in Edh and the only violation that I saw was the black lotus.
