I'd say a couple more haste creatures couldn't hurt. I mean, ash zealot would be nice, but if you're going for the budget approach, I'd say either a few shred freaks or satyr nyx-smiths to spice things up. Perhaps even an impetuous sunchaser or two.

Oh, I didn't notice! Thanks though. I'd maybe also think about playing something else that mills sideboard, like consuming aberration. Every time I would fog, their deck gets razed for a land, so each one becomes worth more.
I think Ajani would work better in turbo fog, honestly.http://www.mtgvault.com/albytheracistdragon/decks/guild-grinderbant-budget-mix/
Yes, it makes sense now. Thanks!
I like this one much more. It seems fairly fool-proof, with several win-cons. The only problem I have with this is I don't exactly understand how lighthouse chronologist works
Well, yes, I guess I didn't clarify :) but maybe with cavern you could use it to cast something like spark troopers? Just an idea
Wow, I didn't realize cavern of souls was applicable here! That also would be a reason to swap out vexing devil, for more fluency.
I disagree with the last two, but maybe faithless looting instead of wild guess? Any way to play awaken the ancient would be sweet though.
I think the paradise mantle / gilder bairn combo is really pretty universal. This could go along with charge counters in artifacts, a planeswalker deck, dark depths, tower counters to win the game, -1/-1 counters, the possibilities are endless. As long as the deck has blue or green!
I've seen a deck like this at my local fnm, and it ran ashiok. He was actually able to mill out good cards, and play them against the opponent fairly quickly, like at least turn 6 or 5. Just a thought.
No, bioshift is good here. It seems to play more green style, anyway.
You play manaless dredge? Sounds a lot like it
I would drop the slippery bogles for some kind of mana ramp. Maybe elvish mystic?
Maybe try surge node? Or with this many charge counters, titan forge wouldn't be bad.

Didn't realize.
My only concern with the deck is the consistency of 3 cmc spells. It seems like a well placed board wipe would leave you helpless, say anger of the gods or supreme verdict., and without anything to back up your lowered life total.
Ugh, won't work on my tablet, and .my actual desktop is dial up. This, of course, makes me mad beyond words.
Oh, okay thanks.
Why not use the original niv-mizzet? He combos better with draw, and gets way scarier.
