I see what you were hoping to do though, and I'm sorry for raining on the parade here but there is no way for this list to get Dark Depths' 20/20 out on turn two.If it weren't for the legendary ruling on cards however, Thespian's Stage's copy ability would be a copy of Dark Depths with no ice counters on it. The way Dark Depths is worded is that "as it comes into play", meaning when you're placing it it from your hand. Thespian's Stage's copy ability states that it becomes a copy of a land already in play (meaning that since it's already in play, you're not playing it from your hand, ergo no "as it comes into play"). Copy abilities such as this or say Phantasmal Image or Clone only copy the card itself, and not any counters that are on the card (whether those counters are +1/+1, -1/-1, or ice counters). However, because the legendary card rule is a state-based rule that says a player may only have one copy of a legendary permanent on his or her battlefield at any one time. The second Thespian's Stage copies Dark Depths both cards get destroyed and sent to the graveyard and there's no chance at you getting the 20/20.I hope this helps to clarify things a bit for everyone.

Your methods here are flawed. If Dark Depths is copied by Thespian's Stage you lose both lands with no 20/20. You can only have one copy of a legendary card on the battlefield at any point in time. Also, in order for you to get your 20/20 you'd need to have all of the ice counters removed from Dark Depths, (which will cost you 30 mana). To be honest, your black version of this deck with the Vampire Hexmage is probably your best route to do this as quickly as possible.
Just taking a quick glance at the list, and while I understand that it's supposed to be in the Modern format, something about the list just seems off and I can't put my finger on it. I'm primarily a Legacy player and have a deck list for Legacy Storm provided below. Feel free to take a look and apply parts of the concept that are applicable to Modern.http://www.mtgvault.com/admiralbananas/decks/storm-2/
You're going to want to move the Become Immense to the main board (and probably cut back to maybe 3 of them) and I would recommend dropping the Tezzeret's Gambit and some creatures. Here's my deck list that I posted earlier today, It may not be B/G Infect, but aside from the creatures, some spells, and the land base, the decks should run fairly identical:http://www.mtgvault.com/admiralbananas/decks/ug-infect/
Yeah, Mental Misstep got the ban-hammer harsh in Modern and Legacy. Almost instantly. I think the Treasure Cruise ban was the only one that was faster.
Man... Blue has got to be your worst nightmare
Thoughts on a second Jitte? Potentially drop an Island in place of?
Have you considered running Spell Pierce in place of the Spell Snare? Sure you're limited to only non-creature spells. but it opens the door for more than just spells with a converted mana cost of 2.
