Replace Angelic Wall with Wall of Hope. They are almost the same except that when Wall of Hope is dealt damage you gain that much life. The only down side is that Wall of Hope isn't flying, but the life gain would go well in your deck.

I think steely resolve is the best choice out of those but quiet disrepair would allow you to destroy an artifact or enchantment an opponent controls then move it to one you control and gain 2 life every upkeep.

Unless you add black slivers the others are right. Tone down the swamps
Toxin sliver would allow you to kill off any blocking creatures and combo that with vampiric sliver and any blockers will die and each sliver that survived the attack would get a +1/+1 counter

I like the idea. It needs more cards that do something when they come into play so cloudstone curio can be more effective

This deck need 4 x Knight of New Alara
Creature - Human Knight 2/2, 2GW (4)
Each other multicolored creature you control gets +1/+1 for each of its colors.

That would boost the power of your creatures alot

Also, have you thought about using the tri colored lands from the Alara Reborn set
They come into play tapped but you dont have to return a land to your hand. Plus you would have three different types of mana you could add per land.

I added prismatic omen to counter that. Then tri lands allow me to get my multi colored creatures out in case i dont have prismatic omen or coalition victory yet.

Have you thought about adding Knight of New Alara. it would pump up all of your multi color creatures

add welding jar for regen of your modular creatures

Have you thought of putting Leyline of Lifeforce into your sideboard to counter somebody using a blue counter deck? It would make it so your creature spells couldn't be countered.
