what about primal forcemage and primordial hydra that way the primordial will keep giving more and more elements each turn and primal forcemage will make them come into play as 4/4s
Hi i read your post and wanted to look over your deck, as for stuff to take out you might wanna think about removing some of the instants, i play commander pretty causually with friends and the games last much longer so instants, unless they're counter spells and things of that nature usually dont have much of an impact on the game as you would like, and with you commander being roon i feel since you always have access to him you might wanna drops some of the blink instants. Maybe not all of them because it does help to have ways to return your commander to your hand or command zone when he gets stuff like dark steel mutation on him. your creature set up is pretty nice i like it I'm guessing your win condition is just beat down and if that's the case you might wanna think about adding in a isochron sceptor too give those instants a more permanent feel
im not sure how serious you guys play edh but i just recently looked at the banned cards list and griselbrand is banned but you might wanna look into demonic hordes if your skipping you upkeep step you can just tap and destroy your opponents lands
whispersilk cloak, lightning greaves. and celestial mantle would be great cards to add in i think one of the win conditions for commander is 100 life total so a celestial mantle hit and beacon would win you the game unless you have less then 25 health
yeah its great though with demons of deaths gate you can get an early 3 creature sacrafice if you need something fast and have him in your hand or wait it out and play with the rest for the wicked apostle combo but if you have 2 land and 3 apostles with deaths gate thats probably game. one suggestion i could make if hes not too expensive for you i griselbrand because the lifelink will let you be able to be a little reckless with the life los and the drawing power for the shadow apostles would be rediculous if you get a good amount of land up
i just wanted to say i love this deck idea how fast does it run ususally?
i dont really play extremely competativly i just play casually with a few of my friends and my idea with the instants and stuff was to uses eye of the storm with hive mind to create a crazy torrent of spells but with the people i play with having little creatures would be really fatal so i tried to balance it the best i could but r/w/b kalia decks and 5 color slivers decks are annoying to fight. i figured with something like furnace or fire servant out riku and echo mage i could one shot someone with something like a lava axe. and i used isochron to try to keep the spells going because i looked up rulings and since eye of the storm and isochron both say play which is the old term for cast iso copys trigger eye of the storm and eye of the storm triggers the storm ability so i figured in a matter of a few turns id get a bunch of creature spam alone with my big nasty guys
i play this same commander but i play a lot of mana ramp to get scion out then when he can attack i turn him into varesh and hit my opponent using voresh ability to give him +6+6 then next turn i turn him into hellkite overlord and use some firebreathing and thats 21 commander damage and a win. because voreshs counters stay on scion as he changes forms so your hellkite becomes a 14 14 out of the gate if scion changes into him so one point in firebreathing will give you the win plus a 10 10 scion is pretty scary to begin with

i actually picked up a zombie master awhile ago i just havent updated the list and i never heard of urborg or unholy grotto before i looked at your deck i started playing around ravinca's release then lost interest for a while and pick back up just as innistrad was starting
one thing you might wanna think about is endless ranks of the undead a four or five drop enchantment that just keeps increasing the number of zombies every turn another nice thing to throw would be a call to the grave or two to make them keep sacing creatures while yours go completely untouched. that also deals with the indestructible creatures when theyll be forced into sacing them. if you have the time you should check out my red blue black zombie edh deck id love a few tips or suggestions to make it a little better. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=313260
if your not trying to keep it in standard fire servants are a great way to double your damage
np werewolves are one of my favorite creature types to play it just sucks there is no legendary werewolves and tribal/aesthetic decks are fun but in my experience focusing on a major scheme works a lot better i have a lot of decks like this tho like my zombie commander deck and my dragons are kinda close but my dragons will always beat my zombies just because of the variety and options i put in there instead of being restricted to one creature type. but as long as you have fun playing it it makes the deck worth it right?
first off you might wanna move your commander to the side board to make it easy to distinguish i really like the idea of using werewolves in commander and i was really hoping they would release a legendary werewolf commander. the main issue i can see you having is keeping them transformed and transforming them in the first place commander games are suppose to run longer while werewolves from my experience playing with them usually ends with a well placed moonmist. another thing id like to point out is that cheap spells like doomblade at the right time can be good in commander but for the most part fall short of things like do or die or choice of damnations. you might wanna even think about kessig cage breakers i use him a lot in my splinterfright deck for the sole fact of the massive wolf spam is usually an instant kill. One final thing that i think could be an amazing combo for you that could change the tide of the entire game is isochron scepter with moonmist imprinted. its a great way to shut your opponents creatures down seeing as your deck seems creature heavy and if they dont have a destroy artifact card in hand it could end the game quickly if you want check out some of my decks my best commander one is probably my kresh commander deck its in two parts currently tho of stuff i need to get and stuff i have
martial coup is all im gonna say field wipe + token spam
ive never been a big fan of infinte loops but if you want just mana spam i made my friend a pretty vicious hydra deck revolving around elvish archdruids llanowar elves vorinclex and omnath. its not gonna be as fast as an infinate loop but hes gotten up to 9 mana on turn 3-4. my other friend also plays a defender deck where he uses walls of tangle or something but its a green wall that taps for mana equal to the number of creatures with defender on your field
might wanna think about adding krenko from 2013 im working on a commander deck based around him but that way youll have more goblins then you know what to do with also another nice thing to do with a goblin deck is throw in goblin king and a bazaar trader get both of them out all your goblins get mountain walk and you can give your an opponent a mountain
krenko, endless ranks of the undead, and plague winds are some suggestions from me im currently working on making a deck with kresh too hope i helped
yeah unscythe is an amazing artifact i get quite a few zombies off of it and its really cheap to play for what it does
