This deck already has red, and I think the potential worldfire+near-death would be an awesome win combo, would take ages to set up.

What a nice idea for a combo! Though it would take a while to set up, the win would most certainly be memorable ;]
Take a look at livewire lash
Thanks for the kind feedback guys :]
I think my favourite 'win condition' card is near death experience, combine it with Angel's grace and it's a horrific loss for your opponent to endure XD Here's my deck based around that: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=377106 And i'll go check out yours too :]
Though these two cards would work well here, I don't want that to be the win condition, as I feel like both game and deck would become boring. I'd rather lose and have fun that win and be bored ;] If you catch my drift, they're good suggestions, and I'm not trying to insult you :]
Beacon of Immortality or Celestial Mantle?
Ignore the man above this post. What exactly are you trying to do with this deck? It seems you have many different strategies all co-coinciding with one another. As one of your main strategies seems to be counter your opponents major cards before them come into play, I think you should swap out mental missteps for counterspells, purely because of how limiting mental misstep is, no matter how good a mana cost it may be. Why do you have black in here? Sure, duress and dispise are good, staple cards - though you would benefit from removing black all together :)
But in exchange for what?
Good luck with that drawing of 3 gilded lotus O_o..
.. how sad
Why no manalith?
So, in short: - reverberate - act of treason - zealous conscripts - desolate lighthouse - sulfur falls -mountains + twincast +switcheroo +beguiler of wills +islands ;D
I think this would benefit from being a mono-blue deck. Switch reverberate with twincast, as it does the same thing, and zealous conscripts with either switcheroo, beguiler of wills, or something like that - I dont believe incorporating red is worthwhile here, but nice concept! :)
Thankyou kindly ;]
Near-death Experience - Have 1 life on upkeep to win. "Lands ravaged, cities in ruins, so many lives sacrificed, and yet there was no other word for it but victory."
I think something to exile and return Venerated Teacher to maximize his enter the battlefield ability would be an interesting and fast way to level up your creatures. Perhaps something such as ghostly flicker, or silent departure. Please consider this and let me know?
Damn. The only thing I'd probably want to change is a remand for a counterspell, as when i counter something, usually it's because I want it dead before it sees play but.. I guess you do get to draw a card which is crucial for such a low mana cost deck. I dont know, there isn't a lot I can fault about this o_O
Thanks for the advice! Although it's really good advice, it's also quite expensive advice ;] Otherwise I would have added the dragonskulls, but one can dream eh? Perhaps one day I will accumulate all of the cards needed for a supreme vampire deck! Mwahah. Vampire Nighthawk is probably one of my favourite cards of all time, it's just a crazy card for a low mana cost. mmmf. Blade of the bloodchief is a card i've seen used before, but never actually gotten round to buying a playset, though I agree, it does looks pretty nifty. Pulse tracker - agreed. Feast of blood - agreed. Urge to feed - agreed.
What a lovely deck, I've always loved infect!
