I'm sorry but there is no such thing as a burn deck that doesn't have 4 lightning bolts.

Firebreathing isn't going to be that helpful early game. Maybe something like fists of the anvil? Also, there is no need to have everything be one mana, and if everything is one mana you certainly don't need 20 mountains...
If you don't want standard, primal rage would be ridiculous.
path to exile instead of condemn, but only if you want to shell out the money...
Is the plan to give then a counter with ichor rats and proliferate until death? I think this deck needs a little more focus, take out the rats, unless you want to commit to poison. If you want to commit to poison, though, the wither creatures are not going to help you much when you don't have virulent swipe on them. Seems a little inefficient. I would choose whether you want to win via poison or damage. Also I would detail the strategy of your deck up top. If you want to go infect, I've got what I believe is a pretty decent infect deck http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=102946. It's really fast, but proliferate is kind of a secondary aspect. Also, you might want to look at your mana curve, you are completely open to attack turns one and two, and if you go second, on turn three as well. Good luck!
Maybe Turn aside to protect phage? Super cheap and really effective.
You might think about playing burn spells to pump your kiln fiend indirectly, instead of pumping it directly. That would give you more flexibility. Why play giant growth when you can lightening bolt and do it to either a creature or a player. I understand that you have a playset of lightening bolts, but think about maybe making this more burn oriented, and then when you DO draw a kiln fiend, it's game over. Until then you can keep people at bay with burn spells. I would say maybe get rid of green, but beserk is way too fun! Also, fauna shaman to fetch your fiend? If anyone could take a look at my infect deck that would be awesome! I will comment on yours! http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=102946
This seems to rely on Venser a little too much. If your creatures are not unblockable then you will have a tough time getting poison counters on them with this deck. I would suggest adding some black, getting rid of white. As good as Venser is, you pretty much have white just for him. Feel free to check out my deck ;) I would love to have some suggestions. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=102946
