This deck was a rough draft for a deck ive been playing on MTG ARENA. The blue splash was so that if I needed to dip into my side board id already have the land base I needed. The deck as I run it now is a little bit different and leans heavily into a wanderer/command the dreadhorde combo with. with ashiok and kjaya being alternate wincons. Basically there is a ton of removal to keep the board clear until you can safely drop the wanderer and next turn cast command the dread horde. sometimes you have to cast command the dread horde without her, but usually the advantage gain is so strong the loss in life is almost irrelevant because it almost locks the opponent out of the game

blast... just saw this today... gotta a karametra deck I wouldn't mind sharing for kicks and giggles tho
idk but when you say tainted remedy it really makes me want to do a Tainted Beacon deck. (Beacon of Immortality + Tainted Remedy) If I understand it correctly its an insta-kill.
Well if its intended for modern, fatal push is proving to be a magnificent card as it can just about handle most creatures you'd find in the meta. How ever, dash hopes just seems comical, as its definitely not something expected coming from black, but giving the player the option can be detrimental to you if you really need to counter a spell or just have them lose five life. Terminate tho is a great card
Not bad. Idk if you need 4 grave pacts but hey redundancy is never a bad thing in magic yes? Have you had a chance to play test it yet?
Very interesting. these are the types of deck ideas I like to see. The abnormal, the otherwise unthought-of. As to cards, what is your main way of dealing with opponents problem creatures? Im not sure how quickly you are able to pull of your combo... seems kinda mid rangey to me. And I imagine its not super easy to get six apostles on the field simultaneously if your idea is to cheat demons in with them. Nice idea tho. I would like to see how it does. Is this intended for modern play or casual?
Interesting concept. Ill have to check back in after I mull it over a bit.
ooh. I like it. Feels a lot more aggressive too. Im curious how this would stack up to the other decks in modern.
This is a cool idea. I should post my prerelease deck. I went 1-1- draw. in 2 HG. Pulled a tezzeret and a dated lightning runner.
I was looking at it, I wasn't sure about it tho and I can't seem to remember why I didn't include it. However it... Battle hymn can give significantly more given the right circumstances. but I do see your point. desperate ritual is a guaranteed 3 whereas its probable that battle hmyn would only give me two in many circumstances.
Awesome Dedwards! I agree that grixis was the way to take the deck. And even better, you got it all fit into Modern which is my preferred format. + 1 from me.
You know... do you think this could be a viable strategy. Say we were to get the cmc's down a bit, throw in the baubles to make sure we get the mana we need. Is there a wild pair type card for enchantments allowing us to throw down multiple curses? what do you think of the overall idea of the deck? Cuz I literally threw this thing together in like 30 minutes.
Might be worth considering a rebuild at that. Idk.. I just felt like doing something witchy
B/U green could work. I think the deck will probably end up leaning towards the aggro side, kinda like a green stompy, this deck is currently in infant stage. I had trouble thinking of cards that would create a strong synergy.
ooh I like the zendikar's roil. And yeah this deck is in total need of a revamp. The harrows would probably be a much better addition. I'm not a huge fan of the rampant growths so much as they don't do a whole lot to put you ahead unless you cast a lot of them soon. Splashing another color would be beneficial. ill have to work through my card knowledge to find the right match. If I ran red I spose I could run price of glory. altho im not sure if that is modern legal.
Im actually running the urborgs currently. the deck works surprisingly well against a lot of other decks. thanks for the comment!
Haha I actually forgot to remove the starfields in the first edit. The idea was to run starfield of nyx and to start recurring a lunar force but..... I ended up cutting the lunar force and forgot to remove the other piece. so another edit is due. ill be looking at it a little more closely in the next couple of weeks. ill post another edit soon. thanks for the advice
What about sun titan? Every White Edh I know just about runs him... easy to fit in dual colored or event tri colored decks.

I like it. I like the synergy between fates flickering ward and enchantress. My only concern with the deck is that you literally aren't doing anything till turn four, which for casual I guess is fine. it will be turn 3 before you can cast a creature, turn 4 before you can enchant it. I think the deck could be stronger with a few changes. A suggestion would be benevolent body guard, sacrifice to give a creature you control protection from any color, plus its a one drop so when you play your 3 drop creature you already have a way to protect it ensuring that you can target it on your turn to begin the shenanigans. Also Brain Maggot, a 2 drop that lets you exile a nonland card from your opponents turn until it leaves play. Pull the threat out before it hits the battlefield. it will also hit planeswalkers and other things that your deck is currently unequipped to deal with, while still procing off of mesa enchantress. Or underworld coinsmith to help recover any damage you might take while setting up your board state. These are just some of my thoughts. I might make a deck based around your idea to try and fine tune my thoughts. if I do ill post a link to you if you want to take a look at it.
