Urm... You may want more than a list of two creatures before you mark it as finished, just a thought...

Well it's good for T2 then, I also like the that you're using prophetic prism in the deck, I find most people overlook it as just another common they don't care about... I use it in most of my multi-colour decks over Mana Cylix, because it has the draw effect.
Oh wait, t2 isn't it?
No mind funeral?
Maybe it's because I'm a legacy player in a meta where B/U mill is popular, but I really don't like using stuff like Marsh Flats... Mind Funeral hurts a LOT when you thin through lands. And the rest? I really don't see this working in THIS state, maybe with some tuning, but not right now... I like Dark Tutelage, but I find it works best in B/W because then you can use Sun Titan and Tainted Sigil. Also, Jinxed Idol is fun, but the average standard deck I see is Eldrazi... So I can't give you my support there. And then there's the fact that this is vampires, without Baron Sengir, or Sengir Nosferatu. They're what make vampires to me, and they pull their own weight(mana cost) by being awesome.
It's got some greaaaaat cards(Counterspell, Jace the wallet sculptor, and Battlegrace Angel for instance), but it's rather weird, but I like it. The one thing it really needs is a mana tune-up, it's already able to wreck a lot of decks I see, but with a mana tune-up it'd be able to wreck in the faster metas. I like the deck, but since it needs the tuning 7/10.
Act tough? No, when I'm acting tough, I have a knife in each hand, and somebody at my feet bleeding out... Rude yes, tough no. Also I realize it's a deck thinner, however, I also realize a turn one Circu or Mind Funeral must wreck your world... The point isn't that they're bad cards, I love those cards, but that you need something to make sure you don't get milled by another control deck. Or perhaps run over by artifact aggro, or basically any other control based deck. Maybe that deck works in your meta, but in my area it would simply get milled for infinite turn two, and us still have mana for us to Extirpate what hits your graveyard...
This is a pretty awesome Goblin deck, I took the easy route and did stuff like Spikeshot, and Lightning Crafter... I see now it was a mistake lol 8/10
I fail to see the point in having Verdant Catacombs, or Marsh Flats in this deck... It makes no sense, it's like having Jace the Mind Sculptor in a mono green deck, or Nicol Bolas in mono white... If you need a deck shuffle just use the cheaper non-pain methods of Evolving Wilds, and Terramorphic Expanse! Also, this deck is epically screwed by simple cards like Spreading Seas, or any form of Merfolk deck... Five is the base, it means I have no feelings towards the deck, six is average, and seven if I like the deck. This is the second time I've ever bothered rating a deck I see as unfit, overall 4.3/10
Since you're running Joiner Adept, I'd suggest taking out two fire servants for Dralnu Lich Lord's, and the Helix's for Staggershock. It means at least the very least two the casting turn, and four every turn past it. Good deck, I've not seen many good Tamanoa decks, so 8/10
Wow, if I ever win the lottery and for some reason to spend it on this game, this is what I'm going for...
You really like you some Infectious Horror's, eh? I like how this deck just sits, and then destroys everybody at once basically... It's more swedish than my friends elf deck! 8/10, only because the green instant that destroys all enchantments for three mana.... Freaking green!
I like it, never seen an infinite green deck other than the Zuran Orb combo... I personally prefer the combo of Gilder Bairn, Training Grounds, Paradise Mantle, and Orochi Hatchery. Still, solid deck, a green infinite NOT about mana, so 7/10
I like the idea, but if you want a standard deck for FNM, go with either mono green Eldrazi(you can find a lot of them here), U/W control also abounds here, and then my preference, Landfall of Bant colouration. Landfall has a standard infinite with Tideforce Elemental, Ruin Ghost, and Lotus Cobra. Infinite landfall is scary with Shield of Emeria, and Admonition Angel...
Maybe it's because I used to run stuff like Bringer of the White Dawn, and have a friend running Nicol Bolas the creature, but I love this deck... 10/10 for being made of AWESOME
While I like Jace the waller sculptor, I would suggest just getting another Tezzeret. Also, I suggest finding a way that you have a full playset of both Steel Overseer, and Voltiac Key. For they Key I suggest getting rid of Puppet Strings, and Gargoyle Sentinel. Overall I like it, just isn't how I played artifacts when I did, 6.7/10
Could throw in Mephidross Vampire, he'd make your Nightmare a vampire.
:D Baron Sengir makes this deck awesome, simply because he is in it. Getting some copies of some of these would be suggestable, I like the idea of this whole thing though. 7/10
Needs some more copies of cards, but I see this being as well as the average sparklepire deck... Oh, NEEDS SENGIR BADLY. Sengir Nosferatu, and Baron Sengir are what make a real vampire deck, not craptivating.
I feel honoured, but I have to say that you took it to a much better level... My Naya spiders are a real deck unlike the Bant one, but I still think they'd lose to this lol
