yes deflection will work with satyr but to use deflection that means you are keeping mana open for its use during your opponents turn in an agro build you should be using that mana to drop creatures. actually if budget isn't an issue you should also look at goblin guide and vexing devil.

so you win and you get rewarded by making it easier to win? do the other players even have a chance?

a nekusar deck needs more defense/removal you are giving your opponent massive card advantage edh decks usually gain life and this deck is just giving free cards away
add stuff like gomozoa he can bury a commander in the deck
fog bank is very useful to
kill spells and bounce spells will help a lot
the creature shocker would be a good add and kederekt parasite

boros reckoner would be a good add and maybe madcap skill's
satyr doesn't look very useful here and deflecting palm is more control type then agro
you might be better off with lightning bolt over lightning helix but that is your call

I doubt you have 4 gaea's cradle and even if you do its a legendary land u can only use 1 in play the general rule is only 2 of a single legendary card
if you are trying to run planeswalker combos with doubling season
you need some cheap defensive creatures to keep you alive and some card draw to put it together
