"You are a child looking for an argument..."I believe that's what started this verbal debate

I'm beginning to understand how you play, and again Ninja, your dickery is showing its colors. I can see your point yes, but the real only heavy hitter blue has is Aetherling and that doesn't come down till 3 turns later. Yes she can be bounced, yes she can be sac'ed, yes she can be exiled. THAT is a invalid argument, might as well say "Blood Baron is bad to attack with because he can be sacked" And I notice you didn't argue against my Dark confidant comment. That's because it's right, Thassa is a good versatile card that can hit hard early which most blue creatures can't
The massive part of the cards value is it being an instant and for X. That's why, if you don't need to counter anything, draw for 4 and gain 4http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Discussion.aspx?multiverseid=253534people on gatherer seem to agree
Yeah Nylea is pretty good for green. Wish she did something else though as most green creatures have trample. But not bad in multicolor decks like for example, yours, where most blue creatures don't have trample
I guess Goyf does you no good if you get charmed flared too then huh... Dark confidant is so great because it allows card advantage AND can attack on turn 3 for 2 if needed. This card is the definition of versatile as DC was and is.
According to people, everyone agrees that Purphoros and Thassa are the best. Erebos is great, very strong yes, but lifegain on sphinxes revelation is only the icing on the cake of the card.
Disperse, detention sphere, cyclonic rift, angelic edict, ashen riderOutside standard: oblivion ring, Alter's light, archon of justice etc.Point being, there is more answers yes when she is a creature but if you're running blue and don't have a counter spell handy, you shouldn't be running blue
For 5 mana you get a 5/5 indestructible that can't be blocked on turn 4 and scrys next turn. That's crazy good
Blue always has answers and yes, there are answers to this but I guess you better not attack with Thundermaw Hellkite or tarmagoyf because you know... they can kill it and stuff.
And a 5/5 indestructible for 3 if you can get her devotion and make a creature unblockable for 2 mana
Boros charm though? Also, gods willing triggers heroic
I agree on the thassa, also Ral Zarek and jace might be good aditions against aggro and for card draw
^This guy...
More shocklands would be one, Putrefy is pretty good. I would sideboard Glare of Heresy and merciless eviction. Archangel of Thune would work well with Trostani as well as scavenging ooze. I would also add grisly salvage. I would take out Sphere of safety, it's just not a great in my opinion or add more enchantments. I would suggest Nylea, Erebos, or Heliod for more enchantments. I would take out primeval bounty and doom blade, desecration demon,
Don't remind me... I'm Esper and get wrecked every single damn time
Agreed, temple of triumph might be too slow for aggro, but my friend plays Naya as well and it works pretty good
Oh sorry, I assumed it was competitive because of the championship coming up :p
Did you do the test draws on here?
Found one for $7 pretty cheaphttp://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/magic_single_card.asp?cn=Ruby%20Medallion
Also I'm sorry to say but control should have 25 lands MINIMUM, take a look at my standard deckhttp://www.mtgvault.com/umbric/decks/baron-control-2/Also, if this is for modern I recommend, Path to Exile, Remand, or Venser Shaper savant (Think of him with his planeswalker) I would cut Think twice for remand, grim affliction for path to exile, celestial flare for wrath of god. I don't mean to sound like a dick but... this deck wouldn't do so well in Modern. I thought I had a pretty good deck, it really was a good Sword of (blank) and (blank) deck. I did not win once. The decks are too fast and expensive in modern. I recommend Standard, after I lost by a horrible landslide my first tournament I went to standard.Pretty much you have to stop:Tarmagoyf (Ashiok or scavenging ooze are good) Dark ConfidantTron decksFlash Control decks. It's too expensive of a format and it's not very fun...Standard is fairly cheap and pretty fun Here's a pretty good modern deck:http://www.decklists.net/index.php?option=com_ohmydeckdb&controller=deck&view=deck&deckId=16328
