How does it work?

I would take out obzedat for another blood baron, you really only need two and a obzedat's aid for unburial rites, and add bump in the night somehow for a good 4 damage (with extort) for 2 mana.

God I hate legacy... so expensive

20 lands, 5 colors, lands produce only 3 of your 5 colors, and your highest cmc is 8? You might need to rethink your mana

Odric is REALLY good with his Battalion effect, a lot of people don't know but you can swing in their face and choose no blockers. And if the aggro doesn't work I would add an Aurelia or Gisela.

I think you should add reverberate. I really can't stress enough to splash some blue. Training grounds and Izzet Guildmage make for an amazing combo
